And now here’s two of my first original Heartless designs. I was initially hoping to make it a Lamp Spider, but that idea fell by the wayside because of my poor line-up skills. So, I decided to make it into two separate Heartless that appear in Agrabah and Hawaii (Lilo and Stitch), respectively.

Carpet Scorpion: A Heartless that pretends to be a carpet to sneak up on its prey. Its whips around its tail and poisons whatever that tail hits; it also sprays poison from it.

Don’t be afraid to use Magnet whenever it hides under the ground to dodge you, lest you want it to latch onto you and drain your HP afterwards!

 

Guard Mask: A mask Heartless with powers of fire and ice. It can breathe fire, shoot icicle pillars, summon a flame shield, and freeze you completely solid if you’re within the radius. Whenever the radius appears, use the “Freeze Melt” Reaction Command to stun it for a while. It is weak to Thunder, Aqua, and Aero.

Unfortunately I can only see the Carpet Scorpion, but admittedly, I had to laugh a little. Not because the dssign is bad but because the face is rather adorable. Personally, I like the design, although I imagine it would be a frustrating enemy to fight with it being so flat and ability to poison the player. Reminds of how some finishers of a combo wouldn't hit with Aqua when fighting enemies because they were too small and she had that weird upward strike in BBS as the finisher. At least it happened to me at times.

that is a good Idea certainly better than these awful enemies that pretend to be chests but I can imagine that the Game creators would put chests on the carpent and let you be swallowed up that way

Sweet! Loving these designs! I agree with Merilly though, I could barely notice the Guard Mask, but after closer inspection, I noticed it. Overall, these are some pretty badass designs! Definitely looks like something Nomura would design! Great work!
