Neoshadow99 31 Posted February 14, 2019 I still have some questions about the events leading up to the ending, as I mostly understand what happens at the very end. 1. How is the Final World connected to the KH universe? It has been hinted at in other games with those Stations of Awakening, but the realm itself doesn't fully appear until the tail end of KH3. Is the Final World a companion to Kingdom Hearts itself, since hearts that are unable to be reunited with their original bodies find themselves here? I do understand that Kairi's will to believe in Sora prevented him from dying, giving him a form representing his original body in that world. The bond shared by their hearts gave him a fighting chance to use the Power of Waking to find his other friends' missing hearts, if I have that right. 2. Why does the Power of Waking have such a heavy price for its use to begin with? Young Xehanort outright tells Sora that there will be consequences for overusing it, but it is never elaborated on why that is. From what I understand, this power allows Sora to dive into the hearts of others, and save them from darkness that would otherwise consume them. What is the cause of such strain when using a power that is fairly straightforward? 3. What exactly happened to all of the other Organization members that weren't replicas, after Master Xehanort's defeat? I know that he had successfully gathered all of their hearts before his final clash with Sora and the others, but I only recall seeing Saix/Isa returned to his former self. In other words, which members remained in the present, and which were sent back to the past, if they weren't replicas? This is probably one of the confusing points for me personally. Thanks for helping to clear up some of this confusion. I thought the epilogue and secret ending would generate even more questions, but I honestly have a pretty good handle on what happened, even if it is a lot to take in at once. Mkucherina 84 Posted February 14, 2019 Spoiler The only one that I can really answer is the last one. The members that were not brought from the past were Vexen, Demyx, Saix, Xigbar, Luxord, Marluxia, and Larxene. Like you said, Saix returned once again to being Isa. Xigbar stayed for the aftermath with the lost masters. It can be assumed that Vexen returned to being Even when it shows Namine being restored. It can also be assumed that Luxord, Marluxia, and Larxene got recompleted since they faded away during the fight. What happened to Demyx is completely up in the air since we barely know anything about him besides that he was somehow connected to what's going on in Union X (stated earlier in the game by Xemnas). 36 minutes ago, Neoshadow99 said: I still have some questions about the events leading up to the ending, as I mostly understand what happens at the very end.
