just got an email showing i had 0 my nintendo gold points. apparently all 109 of them expired 4 days ago and yet i never got a notification?? they used to send them, but i guess they just decided to lapse on that when they announced the discontinuation of the program. no last-minute purchase discounts for me, i guess...

no no, they said they were discontinuing it but that your points wouldn't be removed and would expire normally. the email i didn't get was letting me know that the points i already had were expiring (which i've gotten before)
