Xion looks more like KH1 Kairi, 'cept with black hair.

No, they're still entirely different.

 

Kairi's hair in KH2 is long and staight, while Aqua's is, well, sort of short-ish, and sticking out in places.

i really dont understand any matching featurez in kairi that match with aqua , they are completely different

Aqua doesn't even have any relationship with Kairi, unlike Xion, who's appearance was based off of Kairi's.

Yeah, I think people trick themselves into thinking that Aqua and Kairi+her counterparts look alike, I too, am guilty of this. Kairi does bear a resemblance to Namine (Obviously because Namine is Kairi's Nobody, however, Namine is by far the most confusing Nobody ever.) and Xion (Because she was a replica of Sora made by Xemnas, but when Sora's memories gave her physical features, she began to resemble Sora's strongest memory, Kairi).

 

I have heard someone say that Namine's hair is Blonde because of Ventus. I believe this. After all, Namine was created when Sora released Kairi's heart from inside of him. This was possible since while Kairi didn't have darkness in her heart, Sora had darkness in his heart, so that allowed for a Nobody, Namine, to be made upon Sora releasing Kairi's heart. Because Ventus' heart was inside Sora, it is believed that this had an effect on Namine, making the color of her hair blonde as opposed to the darkish red hair Kairi has.

 

I have also heard a similar reason for explaining why Xion's hair is black. The person said that it also had to do with Ventus, but rather than Ventus himself, it had to do with Ventus' connection with Vanitas. I am not entirely sure about this though, considering two things. First off, we don't know about Vanitas' current state, is he rejoined with Ventus, or does his dark heart linger somewhere else? Also, even if Ventus' heart effected Xion by his connection with Vanitas, how would it be possible, considering that when Xemnas fought Sora in Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, Sora had already released his heart, becoming a Heartless and Nobody, his Nobody being Roxas who had Ventus' heart inside of him, and Sora receiving a new bodily vessel from Kairi because of her PoH powers. However, there is no sure way to prove for it or against it, so we shall just wait and see what happens.
