They are currently available for preorder on Yodobashi with an estimated shipping window of November 2023. The Donald Duck Halloween Town Ver. plush is priced at ¥4,950 (approx $34.91) and the Goofy Halloween Town Ver. plush is priced at ¥7,480 (approx $52.76).
