We live apart

But I promise you that you'll always have a place in my heart

You're my bestest friend

And I hope our friendship will never end

And just to show you I mean it

Let's say the world was going to end and we became zombies and the world was lit

In a blazing fire and there was nothing more for you to eat

Because you had already eaten your share of human meat

I'd give you my half and make you happy

And go eat some cruddy laffy taffy

Because even though we'd no longer have a heart

My heart will go on and withold the bond inside for you, keeping it safe right from the start

Let's say we both became rabbits and Mr. McGregor chased us out of the garden that had all the food

I'd bring you my stash of carrots and share them only with you

Because even though I was going to save them just in case I went hungry and needed it for food

You'd still be my bestest friend and I wouldn't want to be rude

Let's say we were heading down a dark path with no light to show us the way

I'd go in front of you and be brave and lead us both out into the day

Because no matter what things we may encounter, I wouldn't want you hurt

Besides, I would show those creatures of the night whose boss by shoving their face down in the dirt

And let's say that, by chance, I become a millionaire and I am able to travel and go anywhere I wanted to

Guess where I'd go? I'd go to Brazil and come visit you!

You're my homie, my brother, and my bestest friend

And I'll promise you again that you'll always have a place in my heart until the very end
