I never really thought about this until the other day, but, in Japanese, there are many different things to call yourself, depending on who you're talking to and what your personality is. So, I looked up what the characters of Kingdom Hearts use, and here you go:

Sora:Ore

Kairi:Watashi

Riku:Ore

Xemnas: Watashi

Xigbar:Ore

Xaldin:Ore

Vexen:Watashi

Lexaeus:Ore

Zexion:Ore

Saix:Ore

Axel:Ore

Demyx:Ore

Luxord:Ore

Marluxia:Watashi

Larxene:Watashi

Roxas:Ore

Xion:Atashi

Namine:Watashi

Note:Watashi: Formal, non-gender specific

Ore: Masculine, usually not used by older men

Atashi: Female equivalent of ore

So what do you think? Do these fit them? Just thought that I'd actually bring up something interesting for once.
