IP.Board upgraded to 3.2.0 final

This probably won't affect many of you, but I wanted to let you know regardless. We've (I've) upgraded our forum software to 3.2.0 final. Previously we were on 3.2.0 beta, and with this update, we now have many bugs and such fixed (something like 200 bugs). So yeah, no major differences but things should be running more smoothly. Enjoy.
