After registering your characters, write their experiences in Soul Reaper school. After you become whatever rank, you can RP about what you do while your that rank. Fighting together against powerful enemies like the bounts, espada, whatever.

Resolved to be a soul reaper when he figured out his lingering feelings, for some reason, had not been vanquished. Is the youngest to ever become Head Captain.

Appearance: Short black hair, wears a checkered hoodie(red and black diamond pattern) and black and grey with red chain pants. His face is always covered by the darkness of his hoodie.

Soul Reaper School Bio: Skiza failed all of his classes, but showed exemplary skills in Combat and Kido.

The head captain was felled in battle, and everyone had to fight each other to deem how was worth to take Genryusai's place. Skiza defeated all of them, and they had him become head captain, but since he's so young, there will have to be a vice-head captain.

Bankai appernce: Sho's kimono changes to armor and he gets white wings on his back.

While in Bankai, his speed and power is increased. Also, the wings on his back allow him to fly. He also gains the attack Hyaku Kagayaku Tsubasa (One hundred shining blades), where he flies up into the sky, raising his sword. 100 swords made of light appear above him. When he brings his sword down, the blades rain down upon his enemies.

Well, in the other RP, what had happened was similar to what happened to Ichigo. Which I figured could happen here as well, though he keeps his Hollowfication a secret and the only ones who know, meet their end before they can tell anyone, or help keep his secret, kinda like with Ikaku's Bankai.

Well then it must have an even greater drawback than it. Every power has a drawback. Even so, it's more of a end-of-RP power that shouldn't be obtained for a long time. It just wouldn't be fair to start out with it. I'm not even starting out with my character being a Vizard, it'll happen during the RP.

Head Captain Skiza Minami decided that after his Soul Society had suffered too much, he lost all his captains, lieutenants, seats, etc and now, he needed new ones. He walked over to the school, his face covered by the darkness of his hoodie as always. He walked into the school and went to the principal's office and announced:
