Fabian goes to my school, and he's in almost all of my classes. I brought my PSP to school today to play on the bus. In my first and second hours, the teacher is lenient on the technology, so I put down next to my computer, and went to go get a pencil to write things down. That's the last I remember seeing it. I know it was him. All the facts point to him, and others in my class know it was him too, even though they didn't see it. Aniah said she saw Fabian wrap up Shyla's phone charger and put it in his pocket. Cece said she saw him put my 20$ in his pants. The list goes on. The PSP and the 20$ aren't the only things. He stole my Skull Candies, USB Cord for the PSP, and so on. I say "Give my stuff back," and he acts like he doesn't know what I'm talking about. He's good at looking people in the face and lying too. How do I prove it's him? When my parents learn about it, they'll get mad at me for bringing the things to school in first place. And please, don't tell me "You shouldn't have brought them," because I firetrucking know. How do I prove that he stole my things?

you could steal from him, you could do mean things to him to make him confess, are there cameras in your school, because if there are you could look at the footage and get him caught red handed

It is kind of hard to help if you dont atleast bring a grown up in this. If there is no other way, then im sorry but tell your parents. Better to get your PSP back with your parents being mad at you temporarily than not getting it at all and regreting it. Take from a good liar, Either you steal it back, or you just talk to him about it. Dont beat him up im serious, maybe get a bunch of people pissed at him if he stole stuff from them too. Or land a surprise visit on him, and while "having fun" you go search for your PSP and get it back. Keep an eye on his every move though =_= you dont know if he is hiding it somewhere else so you dont find it.

This is when it helps to have police stationed at the school because then you can get them to help you. But... you really shouldn't have been so careless with it. Yeah, he's 13. My age. Of course, but he has his own money, so his sister could think he bought it. But his sister never takes him to any stores, nor does he leave the house. So, there may actually be a possibility for me to get it that way.

Hmm. Here's an idea to prove he's a thief.

 

 

Get something that appears valuable, or, make a big statement about an item you have that is a precious family jewel. (Or something like that, don't actually use something like that.)

 

Now, leave it on your desk near him, and make sure a friend is some-what close to monitor this 'item' without being too suspicous. If he takes it, your friend will alert you, and he and you can alert the teacher. It may not get your stuff back, but if you've already talked to your teacher about this problem several times, maybe he/she will take notice.

You should have been more careful with your PSP. If you bring it to school, you should keep it in your backpack or locked locker when not using it. Don't just leave it out.

 

Talk to your teachers and parents about this kid, I'm sure they'll make him give you your stuff back.

Dude, remember u gave ur psp a nickname the day u opened it; so check the nickname and if its still the one u gave it, I think theres ur proof of him stealing it...if he hasn't changed it of course.
