So for anyone who has ever played every single title (or watched it on YouTube/livestream, etc.) will noticed after the secret ending starting with Birth by Sleep always ended with "Reconnect. Kingdom Hearts." Hold that thought for a second and let's lay out what we know:

Chain of Memories (and Re:Chain of Memories): No secret movie. Just photos of Roxas.

Kingdom Hearts II (and Final Mix+): Birth by Sleep video.

358/2 Days: No secret movie.

Birth by Sleep: Blank Points - Reconnect. Kingdom Hearts.

Re:Coded: Signs of What's Next - Reconnect. Kingdom Hearts.

Dream Drop Distance: Secret Ending - Reconnect. Kingdom Hearts.

 

The phrase "Reconnect. Kingdom Hearts" isn't as cryptic as it sounds. (When it comes to Nomura... It's always complicated, but it's not about him right now so...)

 

Let's start connecting three games into one: Let's connect what we can find from Birth by Sleep, Re:Coded, and Dream Drop Distance into Kingdom Hearts.

The only thing I can think of is BBS, Recoded, and DDD plus days are connected to Kingdom hearts 3.

All three of them involve the people Sora has to save and a closer look at what MX is planning, which is the X-blade and Kingdom Hearts. So maybe the Reconnect is reconnecting the ones who have been lost or hurt and then uniting to save Kingdom Hearts.
