That thinks that the Wii U isn't as innovative as Nintendo is making it out to be? I mean the Playstation Vita was released almost an entire year before the Wii U will be and Nintendo is trying to advertise it as essentially a new system design (screen on the controller with two analog sticks) and making it seem like other companies (Microsoft and Sony) copied them (with Smartglass and CrossPlay). The Wii U controller is basically a big Playstation Vita with a lower resolution (854x480 while the Vita has a resolution of 960x540). I'm not trying to start a console war or anything here, I just don't understand what the Wii U's big selling point is (besides games, but titles like Zelda or Metroid have even been announced for it yet) when people could just do the same thing with a console they already own. However, if a Kingdom Hearts title is announced for this system, then disregard this as the Wii U will definitely be worth buying then. Thoughts or disagreements?

You're the only one.

Ok then, how do you think the Wii U is superior?

Nah.

The Vita was an answer to the DS

And the touch screen thing has been done before any of this. The tablet controller is SPECIFICALLY being made to compete with tablets, according to Nintendo.

See, Nintendo isn't saying their controller design is unique and amazing, but rather that THEY can use it in unique ways (Such as interacting with the TV)

Meh I don't really care for either. Sorry.

Yup, just you. Go complain with the anti-Bayonetta 2 fans.

Bayonetta sucks anyway...

I'm not enamored with it, but to each their own. The whole "second screen" thing has been tried a few times before (I think there was a game that used the PSP as a rearview mirror, the Gameboy Advance could be used as a second screen with Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles for the Gamecube) I think the WiiU will finally popularize the concept, but it doesn't seem as revolutionary as motion controls.

I think people balk at the WiiU because they know that the content on the controller's screen will generally be second fiddle to what's taking place on the television, and therefore the controller doesn't seem essential or even necessary. For all we know this isn't the case, but we can't know for certain until the system launches and we try it for ourselves.

I say a console is a console. Some people think others are better and some people dissagre. If someone likes a system they should buy it.
