im wondering .. is there a way to let people post in some but not all the threads in the BEST OF KH13 part of the fourms .. because some of them are relly funny and i sometimes want to add my touch .. and i bet theres someone out there that wnat to do that

or do you want it to be that way so noone can ruin the thread and make it not funny

 

 

also .for the mods .. whats the point in makeing a thread thats locked and only mods are able to post in it ..? just wondering .. got nothing aginst any of ya

Because we can make our own threads too, we can do whatever we want with our threads just like anyone else. We just choose to make it locked sometimes only for the hell of it. You need a CUT to post in the best of kh13 forums. o.o

Sorry, I am just being curious and wondering too, but what is a CUT? I never really prowled around that section much, but I have wondered about that.
