EDIT: Ironically, it is gone now....

 

basically it was a cartoon of Ezio up on a rooftop looking at a building. He notices above an awning above a doorway that there is a flyer on the wall above the awning, as if someone else besides Ezio will be up there to read it. it's kinda funny.
