Will We Ever Get a Sequel to Xenoblade Chronicles?

Posted

Okay let's all admit it: Xenoblade Chronicles is definitely one of the best RPG's anyone's ever played. the battle system is just flawless and amazing, the story is downright epic, and the graphics look stunning on your TV. So do you think that we'll ever get a true sequel to this great game? Or will this be a one-hit wonder like TWEWY? Honestly, I really hope we get a sequel to this game especially since this was released:

So what do you guys think?

After they released that trailer it got my hopes higher for a sequel to the game. Let's hope this isn't a tease like with Twewy though.

I dunno. It's definitely one of the best RPG's I've never played even though I own a copy.

Maybe that tease for the Wii U is Xenogears? That's the impression I got any ways.

I hope it gets a sequel though even if I haven't beat Xenoblade Chronicles yet because I was pre-occupied with The Last Story.

I still need to play this. I've been hesitant because everything I've read about it doesn't actually sound that interesting. Plus I've got a fairly large RPG backlog.

You really ought to try out Xenoblade Chronicles. It's definitely one of the best games ever made. Do not let the gameplay and story fool you, as they gameplay is simply fantastic along with a great, yet emotional story that really gets you attached to the characters. But be warned: This game is VERY hard to find in stores since it was a limited time exclusive Wii game that was only sold at GameStop (though if you get luck you could find a used copy of the game or just go on Amazon/Ebay and buy it. Which i wouldn't recommend because it is way too expensive on both online stores).

I didn't know it was rare. I see it almost every time I go to GameStop. But eh, I'll try to get it eventually. Worst case scenario, I'll borrow it from my brother's friend.

Wow really? Huh, from what I've heard a lot of people are having trouble finding the game at GameStop stores. Though maybe some of the stores still sell them which is surprising seeing as how a lot of other GameStops no longer sell the game. But I'd recomend you grab it while the getting's good. Otherwise you'll miss out on one of the greatest JRPG's.

Maybe its just in my area? I haven't been to one in around a month, but I've always seen it there. I guess I'll try to pick it up next time I go. I might have my brother convince his friend to bring his copy next time he's over, so I can try before I buy.

That's a good idea. I just bought it on the first day the game came out and instantly fell in love with the gameplay and storyline xD.
