I need a big help with this

Well I'm not even sure if this kind of question should be posted in "personal" but..let's go with the problem xD I have to apply a patch .ppf to an ISO file with PPF O Matic..I'm doing it so I can play the videogame in my language.. but the problem is that when I load the ISO and the patch and push apply,a mask come out saying "Can not open the specified image file"..and this is very weird,because I already did this in the past and I had no problems..I have to do this again because the game started to freeze without any reason even if it worked without any problem till now..Someone know how to  solve  the "Can not open the specified image file" problem? Help me,please ç__ç
