Hi, I was just wandering who on this site has served in their defence force, be it army, navy or airforce. Also if you have what was like? What did you do? And ofcourse did you enjoy it?

I served in only the greatest  military on the face of the planet!
I don't have a medal to show, but my accomplishment was in the news

Here we have the National Defense Day.

 

We go to the nearest Military HQ, and we learn stuff about the military, the navy, and the aerial force.

 

I even had a G3 on my hand

 

Other than that, I didn't do anything else related to the military.

I would have joined the US army or Marines if I didn't have my bleeding condition or my seizures. Serving in the military runs in my family, and it sucks being one of the first males in my family to not serve.

Im thinking about joing the army for a career, but it will suck for KH's sake. Seeing as, being serious, im probably going to join for the year basic training. Then afterwards where hopefully I have trained to be at my physical and mental peak, I am going to apply for special forces training, then hopefully go on to become a Commando.

Don't die in boot camp lol. You're gonna be pushed past your limits, especially for special forces training.

If the hedgehog defense force counts I have, otherwise I have not.

I don't know if this really counts, but I hope someday in the future to have a government job as an interpreter to help continue Japan's strong ties with America and other western countries

I went in the AF but right before i was suppose to leave for training I got really sick and thats when i officially got diagnosed with crohns.( i had prolly had it awhile but hid my symptoms bc i didn't want to lose the AF. ) I had really wanted to be a fighter pilot since i was little so i was pretty devastated .
