Did anyone pre-order Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix and actually get the Dynamic Theme? I didn't. I couldn't find any code, or anything. Anyone know where, or how to get it? I pre-ordered, got the artbook and the game. But I need to know how to get the themes. Any help would be greatly appreciated

It was on your receipt.

if you order it from gamestop it on receipt but if you order from amazon you get a e-mail. i made a post for this case

Hi, I am currently living in North America. I pre-ordered the game on Amazon on August 20th. I received the game on September 12th. I got the Artbook, and the game. I checked my email. But, nothing came. Except " your Purchase was successfully shipped out " Any suggestions.
