I've tried looking for a list of Donald's staffs and Goofy's shields but all I get is the original KH's list. I need KHFM obviously.

A majority of their Staffs and Shields are all purchasable at the item shop in Traverse Town.

 

But the more specific ones...

 

Staves:

The Wizards Relic is dropped by a Wizard. Fight them often enough and you'll get it.

After you've obtained all of the Summons, Fairy Godmother will give you Lord Fortune.

After you've aquired all of the spells in their highest level (Ga), Merlin wll give you the Dream Rod.

You get Violetta upon activating the White Trinity at the Olympus Colliseum.

You get Save the Queen when you do the Hades Cup solo.

You synthesis Fantasista.

You get Meteor Strike from a chest in The End of the World.

And as I said, you buy all of the rest.

 

Shields:

Defender is dropped by a Defender heartless, fight enough of them and they'll drop one eventually.

Hercs Shield is obtained after conquering the Hercules Cup.

In the Hades Cup, beat Yuffie and you'll get the Genji Shield for your trouble.

Get the spell arts from a white mushroom for every one of your spells, and Merlin will give you the Dream Shield.

Save the King... you get that one from beating the Hades Cup time trial.

You synthesize Seven Elements.

And you get Mighty Shield from a chest in the end of the world.

And, as with Donald, you buy the rest.
