I breezed through the Elite 4 and Champion. The Elite 4 couldn't even touch my Pokemon.

And the legendary Pokemon.....I caught level 70 Mewtwo (who maxed out it's defence) with a Poke Ball. Yes, a Poke Ball!

And post-game....well there wasn't much of it....I enjoyed the Looker missions but really that is all it has.

Yes, the fact that it's finally in 3D and the online features are modern is great. And Pikachu sounds like Pikachu!

But come on GAME FREAK. Graphics and online features aren't enough. I loved the first four gens, but gen 5 and 6 are disappointing.

I honestly reckon gen 4 should have been the final generation both for the video game series and the anime. Don't get me wrong, the anime and video games would have still gone on but not having a fresh start every three or four seasons.

Fool. The goal to of poke'mon is to catch all the poke'mon. And with so few poke'mon, I assume it'll be easy.

Did you over-level your Pokemon with exp share? I turned it off and it was good challenge at points

sounds like you must've used EXP. SHARE to its extent, notably while training the weaker pokemon, everyone else get's exp, making it very easy.

This happened to me when I was on route 5. I was so focused on training Ralts that by the time it was level 15, my pokemon (starters mostly) hit around lvl 21-23.

Heck, I'm still at the Pokeball factory getting some work done in there.

My levels were on par with the Champion.

Maybe you were using the Exp.share a little too much

as for Gen 5 I completely disagree with you here in terms of games....Black and White 2 were a huge improvements that Gen 4 didn't managed to do and it has the most fun meta game in the series so far....Gen 4 was great especially HGSS but it was too slow paced and it wasn't that hard

anyway, the games can be easy if you grind way too much...and there is still the Elite Four rematch that you can do post game where they'll have stronger Pokemon with higher levels

Besides,Gen 6 isn't over yet as I'm sure Gamefreak will make either a RubySaphire remake(lots of hints to that in X&Y) or they'll make a sequel like Black and White 2

They don't get harder in X/Y. I tried it. I would love a Ruby/Sapphire remake.

Sure??..mmm weird...did you finish all the post game stuff???

as for the RubySaphire remake,I have the feeling it's gonna happen since there is a lot of Gen 3 stuff in XY more than in Gen 4 and Gen 5.Not only it's gonna extend and establish the current Gen 6 meta game...but they still can do a lot of things in Hoenn which means we might get more Mega Evolutions and maybe a couple of new Pokemon

I agree with that, and It seems throughout the game, they keep dropping words about Hoenn, Sapphire and Ruby, so remake should be on the way in around two years.

Speaking of another pokemon game, GF is working on something that stars Pikachu. Something tells me that it could be another side game, or (highly unlikely), a Pokemon yellow remake.

As for the Pikachu game

I bet it's gonna be another PokePark game or maybe a Mystery Dungeon game with cutscenes

*groan* didn't we get a 3d Mystery Dungeon game a year ago?

Few months actually.

I'm just guessing...nothing is confirmed yet

Turn off EXP. Share, and play with Nuzlocke rules. Also, only use 25 of one item max throughout the whole game.

I think you guys are speaking about the game that will mostly be the same idea as Disney Infinity and Skylanders.

That game was Pokemon Rumble U on the e-shop.

Except in that game you can unlock the figures in the game without buying them at all from the shop

the only difference however is that the figures you buy can be leveled up or they might be special figures that has very high stats and powerful moves

I think you mean the 3DS port of Pokemon Tretta Lab but it's already out and it's a Japan only game

The Elite 4 was pretty easy. I'm disappointed that they didn't bump up the challenge of replaying them... The Elite Four should all have six Pokemon, or at least five... Four is just too easy. The only Pokemon I had any trouble with was the Aegislash, only because I was using my Blazekin and its attack got lowered just enough by King's Shield for it to resist a Blaze Kick. The Champion was one of the easiest I've faced since half of them had a weakness to fighting...Oh, and, regarding the Mewtwo, was it the first Pokeball you tried? Had you weakened it, etc?

Looks like Mewtwo has a high catch rate. How surprising they did that to post legendaries...

I know some people that did capture it with a Pokeball in previous games...but it looks like they increased the catch rate this time...though it won't really matter since I might've used a Master Ball anyway just to make sure.....unless I run into a shiny then I would slap myself for wasting it

Eh, shinies look better with matching Pokeballs. Unless it's those suicidal Pokemon. lol

Yveltal was obvious it would have a high catch rate, as previous installments has had the same treatment. (After Hoenn though)

Well the chances are mostly firetrucking random. Like you got more chance if you restart.

But I'm damn rich. I got like 450k+ but I played over 20h and fought the most trainers.

Try the poké league without revives or full restores ^^.

The credits was also bit disappointing where is the animation... At least that was in 3D.

I hope that the seventh generation will be a really full 3D, much bigger and with the greatest effects.
