My opinions? VERY differing from those of everyone else! So, here's a list of those games that nobody likes except me. Also note that games that almost nobody's heard of will be on here, because there aren't enough people to hate it. So, let's get this underway!
Final Fantasy X-2: So it had a bit of fan service, and it kinda ruined the ending of FFX, but as a game itself, it's not bad by any means. I swear, everyone hates it all because of the fan service...
Final Fantasy XIII: Linear? Yes. But linear doesn't mean bad. The game had a tremendous story, great characters, and some of the best music I've heard in any FF games. Plus it brought about a great sequel, with another one coming soon.
Final Fantasy XII: Man, I'm going on with FF, but this'll be the last one. I can agree, the story wasn't the best. However, the characters were decent enough, the gameplay was fun, with an almost RTS feel to it, and I kinda just like everything else this game does.
Sonic the Hedgehog(2006/Next Gen): Yes, rage on fellow ragers, but I like this game. Sure the plot was stupid, and it had a lot of game breaking glitches, but most of the glitches were fixed in the PAL version(if you wanted to get it), and nobody cares for plot in Sonic(except in SOME cases...). As for everything else, all the glitches were with Sonic's story. Shadow and Silver are fine. Besides, the game was rushed and it was so bad because everyone rushed Sega to get out the new Sonic game for Sonic's 15th anniversary, not his 16th. Had Sega released it when they initially wanted to, then it would've been a much better game than it is now. Alas, I still like the game.
Most CoD games: Yes, most people hate CoD, yes, I hate it too...but only the fanbase. As games, I don't have a problem with it. Sure, they just put out the same game roughly each year, but everything else that everyone claims about CoD being bad is just nonsense. Everyone playing multiplayer isn't true. The games actually have decent storylines based off the many wars of history. The game is the same every single time? Yeah, that's the case with a lot of games. Mario is a great example of this, with games usually amounting to the same point A to point B scenario. I still love Mario, and so does everyone else. However, CoD is usually the same every time, but everyone seems to hate on it. As for the people that DO like it, they're SEVERELY outnumbered by the people that do hate on CoD. And now let the flood of raging posts commence...
