So anyway... what are you looking forward to next year? What are some of your 2014 goals?

 

I've got three main goals for next year: 1. Get a part-time job. 2. Be finished with half of one of my books. 3. Be able to draw Manga without a book.

 

Yeah they're small goals but... you've gotta start somewhere, right? (Yeah I'm bored... specially since I made different color's on my post )

I'm a little confused on what you mean by "draw manga without a book"But my goal is to read at least 20 new series of books

Unknowncurrently U: I'm moving in 6 months, so your guess is as good as mine.

Oops, i can't count: this'd be move 3 this year.  

Hate to burst your fantasy, but you cannot master a style of drawing in only a year. Drawing is a skill that takes years, like anything else you need to practise...alot. Just a Reality check

 

Don't know yet, but I hope I can join some teams n stuff. Maybe do BMX and martial arts n some other things.

Getting over my autism, phobias, and, delusions is an ultimate goal.

 

And finally dreaming about riku more cuz he like never visits me in my dreams </3 unless u count my plussshie of him..... .-.; which i guess kinda counts

Well not mastering it, but just getting good enough to be able to not have help from a How-To-Draw, to the point where it looks decent.

 

But one of my friends had no help with her Manga Style at all, and she does Manga drawing so well. She only practiced in 6 months! Her drawings are amazing!!

I'm happy for your friends, but you gotta realise that everyone is different and has a different brain and learns differently and at different paces. Some people need more help than others. You could take longer or shorter than your friend. I'm not trying to offend you or say you can't do it, there's no reason to get defensive, it's just that you may let yourself down if you don't meet that expectation. I once had a friend give up drawing because she didn't meet her own expectations that were too high or unrealistic for her skill level to begin with. Little steps I hope it goes well for you because drawing is really a great skill to learn and i hope that you do reach your goal and even if you don't get there when you expect to, you will eventually, so don't give up.
