Today marks the first day that I save up to get a PS4

Posted

So it's officially everyone today I start saving up to get a PS4! And I have to say I have a great start with gettingy brothers Christmas gift early due to him being far away and my job giving a 20 dollar gift card to whatever I want. So in a officially at 65$ dollars.

So anyone else have started saving up to get a PS4 or XboxOne?

Good luck with that.

I'm not getting one until they go down in price. I'm not paying $549.

I'm also waiting for a price cut as I barely had enough money to buy the games that I've been waiting for

So until 2015 or 2016 I'm not getting a new console until KH3 or FFXV comes out

Besides, most of the upcoming games like Watch Dogs and MGS5 are coming to the Ps3 too....so why the rush for me when my awesome Ps3 can still kick ass and work for a little longer?

And let's not forget KH 2.5 which I'm gonna spend hours on KH2 FM and finish it for another 10 runs ^_^

Have fun, but I would wait till 2015 in my opinion. there are many epic games left to be played and released on ps3, so I will spend 2014 using ps3, and 2015 or 2016 I will get a ps4, for FFXV and the legendary KH3.

Will be getting a PS4 as soon as it can make it to stores, which wont be until like Feb-March. Will probably spend like $1000, so I get an extra controller, a few games, new good headset and probably a bigger HDD straight off the bat.

I'm honestly not even thinking about getting one under until KH3 is out, and I suspect that to be out in 2016.

This year I'm saving up for a Wii U instead (since I don't have a Wii, buying it gives me access to two consoles and I want to get all the Zelda, Mario, Donkey Kong and Wii fit games and the virtual cosole for MM if they still don't have a remake out of it by the time I get one)  Cause my uni work takes up a lot of time I'm just putting half of the money towards away in January and then the other half (and buying it) in June.

In the mean time I'll just be buying games for my PS3 and 3DS (and the Sims 4 games for the pc like).

Closer to the time when I buy one it'll probably be down in price I'll put away money from each of my installments (get 3 a year) towards it.

I haven't dedicated any savings to a PS4 yet. I don't feel like I need to yet, since I don't want to get one anytime soon.

Well I decided to keep saving until KH3 comes out for it and then buy both on the same day :) and wait for the better PS4 models to come out with more GBs :D

ps4 buying percentages are high and in about a month they're gonna drop... then ffxv will come out and they'll shoot up and then they'll drop... and then kh3 will come out and they'll shoot up again :P the amount of people that would buy a console for 1 or 2 games amazes me :P

... oh wait that's been me for every kh game ever ;)
