The Kingdom Shader Could Have So Many Possibilities! :D

Posted

Hey there everyone, how's it going?  You know, one of the things that has me the most excited for Kingdom Hearts 3 is the fact that the new Kingdom Shader technology will be implemented into it's worlds, to give off a magical feel to each of the various worlds that Sora and the gang will visit.  With that in mind, just think of the amazing possibilities!  Not only will the game look beautiful, but it will definitely be an eye-candy fest!  The worlds that I think will take the most advantage of this technology are the following.  (Some of the worlds I'll mention are not yet existent in the Kingdom Hearts series.)

  • Port Royal:  Seriously, in Kingdom Hearts 2, Jack Sparrow and the other looked so amazingly real, and well, given the Kingdom Shader's capabilities, we could eventually see a more realistic version of the Pirates of the Caribbean world!  Just think about it, perhaps this time around Sora, Donald and Goofy can finally get some appropriate pirate attire, and they would look more in place with Jack, Will, Elizabeth and the others! :D
  • Halloween Town:  This is a must!  Seeing Jack Skellington in the series was amazing in and of itself, but imagine seeing this world in it's actual claymation form, the way that Tim Burton made the film?  That would be insane, and it would make the world all the more creepy and awesome!  Plus, I'd like to see Sora and the others battle animations in claymation!  The Kingdom Shader could be capable of just that! :3
  • Lilo And Stitch:  Okay, so we've never officially been to Hawaii to witness Lilo's adventures with Stitch in the Kingdom Hearts series, and now that the Kingdom Shader is a concept, imagine how the clear blue skies would look!  Since the movie had pastel colored backgrounds, it would add a grade of illusion and wonder.  Seeing the waves crash beautifully just like in the movie would definitely be an eye pleaser!
  • Pocahontas: For this one, I thought about the song Colors Of the Wind, in which I believe pastel art is also used.  (If I'm correct, then let me just say that it was a beautiful display of pastel art, or watercolors, or however it's called. xD)  And somehow, I'd imagine the Kingdom Shader taking full swing when Sora performs his attacks.  As we see his Keyblade swinging, we see beautiful, pastel colored arcs that follow his every swing.  Ah, I don't know, I just think that'd be cool!  Plus, I'd like to see how the KH crew looks with Indian wear! :P

Anyways, the most amazing thing about the Kingdom Shader is the way that it will be used in the game.  Just imagine all the possibilities it could hold, and given the amazing graphical capabilities of the PS4 and XBox One, I think it's safe to say that the Kingdom Shader will definitely be a plus in our enjoyment of the game.  So what about you all?  What do you think could be made possible with the Kingdom Shader technology? :)
