Most of our audiance are teens now. That wouldn't be very relatable for them. Nomura: Dammit...You're right! Ok, I've got it. What do teens these days relate to most? Staff Member 2: Interesting characters that aren't just clones of other characters? Nomura: No, firetruck you steve you're fired. Teens just loooove angst. Staff Member 1: Brilliant Nomura! You are the best! But...What will we do about that? Nomura: Remember Roxas? The guy who was kinda cool and interesting? Staff Member 3: Oh yeah. I like Roxas. Nomura: Of course you do. Well firetruck everything that made him interesting and throw it out the window. We are going to make him a whiny little bitch. Staff Member 1: THAT'S AMAZING NOMURA! LET ME LOVE YOU! Staff Member 3: But what about the female audiance? Nomura: Good point....hmmmm.. Staff Member 2 (Steve): How about a strong, independent woman? Nomura: Steve....What the firetruck did I tell you? Go home. Don't listen to Steve. We are going to make a Kairi clone. But, we will make her angsty and stupid. Staff member 3: But it's Organization 13. Everybody knows there wasn't a 14th member. Nomura: You know how all the crybabies say, "I wish I was never born!". Well, we will just make it so everyone forgets her. Allll the teens will relate to that. Staff member 1: OH NOMURA! I JUST LOVE ALL OF YOUR IDEAS! YOU ARE THE BEEEEST! PULL DOWN YOUR PANTS NOW PLEASE! Staff member 2 (Steve): But what about the older audiance that finds that shit annoying? Nomura: Steve...Shut the firetruck up. I'm getting there. To cure that problem, we simply throw in Axel. Staff member 3: Genius... But what about the people who want this new female to come back someday? Nomura: I dunno...I'll make something up later... Staff member 2(Steve): ...I...firetruck it. I quit. Nomura: YOU CAN'T QUIT STEVE! I firetruckING FIRED YOU ALREADY! Then 358/2 Days was made and it sucked... Fleshing out the gameplay in general would help, too. It was mindless, even by KH standards. Also, adding in Xion for no purpose kinda hurt that. Rinax 473 Posted August 29, 2014 Yes, all my hatred about how it was supposed to be about the (whole) Organization. That's why to me, it's known as Kingdom Hearts: Axel, Roxas, and Xion. I still call it "Days" for simplicity. I kept asking "Where's my backstory about how Demyx, Luxord, Marluxia, and Larxene were found?! I loved the the original characters and story were the main focus, and the friendship between Axel, Roxas and Xion was just beautiful.
