I don't really understand what is meant by "mature" Final Fantasy game. How "mature" can Fantasy get?

Are you saying that fantasy can't be mature? Or are you saying that maturity has its limits?

I guess I just don't really get waht it means. So far I've played 7,10,13 and I thought they were quite mature in terms of the story and the ideas present in the games. But I guess the maturity in this new game comes from the fact there is awar going on? And of course there needs to be maturity in fantasy games. I wouldn't want to play a game that is always optimistic and unrealistically happy.

Maybe they're just mistaking 'mature' with having an overall darker tone to it. I kinda imagine XV will be done in a similar way.

It looks darker, especially with how characters apparently actually die.

I see, well, thanks for your answers. I think I get the idea now.

This game has so many feels. And near the end, the feeling of dread begins. Playing the game and getting to know the characters will give you a kind of attachment to them.

Class Zero's ultimate fate is terrible. You don't want to know how many times I've cried.

Oh, if you wanted, you could watch the Japanese opening. And yes, that's Axel's Japanese voice actor. Warning, blood, nightmares, and buckets of tears.

Please stop ruining the game....

ahahahahahahhahahThis legitimately made me laugh. I guess I'm pretty bias when it comes to KH. But to be fair, Sora, Donald and Goofy are like the only ones that seem happy 24/7. Some of the others have good backstories (I'm thinking Roxas and Riku).

Yeah, you're right. Heh heh it does seem like Riku and Roxas do have a more dark tone to them, don't they? And Lea had it pretty rough, too.
