KH3: A Dream Of A Happy Ending

I would have posted this earlier, but I had things to do. So, I had a dream last night about the ending of KH3. There are some things I didn't remember, but I wrote the highlights of it in detail, It's a bit of a long read. So, here we go!!

 

NOTE: This dream makes no sense in the overall events and continuity of the games so far, but hey, it was nice.

The first thing I really recall is Sora sitting on the entrance steps of the Mysterious Tower, looking out at the sky, like he was waiting for someone. He was in a different outfit that I've never seen before. Sora himself had that same face and hair thought. I can't remember what the outfit itself looked like. A bit of time later, Donald, Goofy, King Mickey, Riku, Kairi, and Lea come out of the tower behind Sora. He turns to them all with a smile, stands up, and he collectively gives them all a big hug. I remember him saying he was ready to go.

 

I didn't know what he was talking about. Him and the others walk towards the magic train to Twilight Town, and get on it. There were two unidentified silhouettes in the train, waving at them. When they have arrived there, the next thing I remember was that they where all on top of the clock tower, having sea-salt ice cream together. Lea then has a flashback of him, Roxas, and Xion looking out at the sunset together. He smiles at the memory.

 

The next thing I know, they are back at the Mysterious Tower, boarding the gummi ship. It's a bit larger than it was before. Probably to hold all of the passengers. The two silhouettes are now in the gummi ship. Sora seems very happy to go. He grabs Kairi's hand as everyone boards the ship. Then they all proceed to take off. Yen Sid, Flora, Fauna, and Merryweather are outside waving goodbye to the others. The ship soars thought the sky, with Lea piloting it for some reason. (?)

 

In a different world, I see inside the window of a small cottage. It's night time. Ventus is looking out it while sitting in a chair. Staring at the moon. The cottage resembles Merlin's mystical house in Kingdom Hearts 1, except this one was in a forest. The Fairy Godmother tells Ven how much his heart has helped so many others, and something about how once you meet someone, you never really forget them, even if it was just for a moment. He looks back at her and smiles softly. Then they hear a huge gust of wind outside. The Fairy Godmother then says to Ven that someone is here for him.

 

Confused, he gets up off of the chair, and opens the door. He looks around outside at the doorway. He squints his eyes, but still can't make out anything. Then, he hears a familiar voice call out his name. His eyes widen, and he stands there, stunned in awe. He starts to make out something in the distance. It's one of the same silhouettes from before as a light-studded train drops them off on the trail to the cottage. Ven's eyes begin to tear up as his name is called out again. He begins to run toward the silhouette, and the silhouette runs to him. The moonlight hits the silhouette and it was all clear now. Ventus calls out their name as he finally gets to them. They both get to each other and give a great big hug. It was Aqua.

 

They both cry tears of joy, so happy to know they are okay. Like a mother and a son reuniting. Ven then feels a pat on his head and turns around. Its Terra, giving him a smile. Ven gives him a hug too. Terra staggers a bit, but they all laugh it off, all happy to finally be together again after so long.

 

Then we see Sora and Kairi on the attraction flow train from the D23 trailer, flying next to the gummi ship. Riku, Lea, Donald, Goofy, and King Mickey are inside the ship, looking out the window, Shouting in glee that 'they did it'. Sora and Kairi both look at each other in joy. He then pulls her close to him in a loving embrace as they both smile. They then look into each other in the eyes, then Sora pulls her in for a kiss. Riku, Goofy, King Mickey, and Donald look out at them. Then Donald proceeds to jump up behind Goofy and cover his eyes. The King, Riku, and Lea all laugh. Then they all proceed to fly off into the night. A happy ending, like something out of a Disney film...

 

FIN.

In all honesty, this is the most fanfiction-y dream that I've ever had EVER. I have mixed feelings about it. It didn't make sense at all, but that dream was all about the emotion of it all. I've been with this series for so long, that seeing everyone have a happy ending really touched my heart. Especially the reunion of Terra, Aqua, and Ventus.

 

What did you think of this dream? Also, what do you think the KH3 ending will be like? Happy, sad, bittersweet, etc?

Dude... I got goosebumps just from reading those events of the dream, especially the SoKai part

 

I really hope it will be happy since it's the end of a saga, but who knows?

 

Edit: I'm surprised you can remember dreams so vividly. I wake up and I only remember the parts I liked and not the whole thing
