On the bright side, I'd have to put getting one off anyway if it came out in the US this year, since I'm too busy with Smash Bros to really spend money on a new console. I get a feeling these will launch before they even get the first exclusive out, though, which really sucks.

“This will be the first launch outside of Japan, and there are no plans to release the system in America and Europe this year,” said Nintendo Australia managing director Tom Enoki during the presentation

It will launch on November 21 for New Zealand and Australia.

The New Nintendo 3DS will cost $220 and the XL will cost $250.
