So  Frozen not going to appear now in Kingdom Hearts 3?

It was a misunderstanding. 

They just didn't decide anything  yet, but its possible it will be.

 

Twilight Town and Olympus Coliseum are the only ones pretty much confirmed

Just because Nomura explained that there was a misunderstanding doesn't mean that Frozen won't be picked or considered. He was just explaining that Yause was saying about how it would be interesting IF it were included. They haven't reached the point where they pick worlds yet, so nothing has been decided. Odds are, it will most likely be picked due to how popular it is, and clearly members of staff love the movie as well. It fits well within the fantasy aspect of the Kingdom Hearts universe and it's snowy landscape would make for an interesting element for a level. Basically, it's got the qualifications for a world, it just hasn't had an official decision or discussion made yet.

I think Nomura will include Frozen. I wouldn't have a problem with that as long as there's no musical numbers like Atlantica. 

Hopefully Toy Story makes it in as well. 

Maybe, maybe not. We'll see.

Personally, with all the fame and popularity this film has gotten, I wouldn't be at all surprised if it was included in Kingdom Hearts III.  In fact, I think there's almost a 90% possibility it'll be included!  Plus, who wouldn't want Olaf as a summon?  He can try giving warm hugs to Heartless, accidentally killing them because of how clumsy he is.  But yeah, I wouldn't be at all surprised if this world made it into Kingdom Hearts III.

Only time will tell.

I want to team up with Olaf!

who knows? we may get the world, we may not get the world. 

Unfortunately, it probably will be in the game.

I like to see it as a story driven world, possibly with Marshmallow as a Summon, but if it's a musical world like Atlantica, I'll be pretty pissed off. 

A musical world didn't work the first time, so hopefully the mistake won't be repeated.
