November 3, 201510 yr Companies seem to do anything to aquire another successful company these days. Facebook acquiring WhatsApp for 16 billion (or 19 billion as some other sources said) was crazy as well.

If they have a dominance in the mobile market, they could get more people to play their own games. i.e. Call of Duty.
