Not really a good idea. Hes only 9 by law to go on a Forum or have an email account you need to be 13 if you live in America.

Not sure about Europe though.

I don't really think it's alright for a nine year old to go on forum sites. 12 is a tolerable age but ehhh. o-o

I think that he's too young to have his own account when he's only nine owo. I suggest for him to get a account when he's at the very least 11 years old. And like Cella said, I don't think it's possible to share a e-mail account for this site.
