Koby 0 Posted April 10, 2016 So I was wondering if there are any skills in this that are particularly good/bad, for instance I got a black coat riku with Poison on it, and poison has always seemed to be one of the skills that are either entirely useless or a simple way to get good damage on a boss dude because of %hp damage. I have no idea really how it calculates the damage or how it would work in this so was just wondering I guess if I should just kind of ignore that ability or if its actually gonna be useful at some point down the road. Just started and got a KH2 aerith as well in the daily 3spawn you can do with the free jewels at the end of the tutorial and thinking of rerolling till I get Cloud just because Cloud's a baller and ffvii is dope but I heard these 2 I got were pretty decent (don't really mind the time spent to reroll since Id just be doing it while watching tv so ignore that portion) Thanks for any input
Emuemuman 16 Posted April 10, 2016 (edited) Black coat Riku is slightly better than Cloud, and KH2 Aerith is very strong as one of the best buff medals currently available. I would stick with your start. As far as skills go, the best skill is generally attack up because it boosts your ability damage by a huge margin. Attack up whole is AOE normal attack only so its crap, status effects are unreliable so are mostly not used (which also makes medals that rely on status effects for a power boost also bad, Peter Pan, Brave form sora etc.). At this point the best one's are attack up and shield. Later things like Ability drop boost will come and will be incredibly good but that's not here yet. Jared Pryatel 9 Posted April 11, 2016 I consider Defence Up to be the best, because if it activates, the attack is cut in half. Attack Up us also just as good, boosting damage by 20% upon activation. Attack Up All is a worse form of Attack Up, as it can only activate when you initiate an AoE attack (interestingly, it still can activate when there's only one target, if you do an AoE).
