It must be. What better way to hype us all up for E3 than give us a render of Aqua in that bootyful Kingdom Shader? So we can also see her face as well.

Because if this is the case, it is more than likely we will get to see either gameplay of Aqua at E3 or cutscenes with Aqua in them.
