KHUX New Epic Medal Carnival featuring Illustrated Ventus medal & Roxas and Namine Avatar Boards available Aug 27th, 2016

The official international Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ Twitter account has announced that a new Epic Medal Carnival featuring an Illustrated Ventus medal with begin at 12:00 AM (PT) on August 27th, 2016! This Epic Medal Carnival will last until 11:59 PM (PT) on September 1st, 2016. Players will also have the chance to score an ever rarer Illustrated Ventus medal with boosted stats (an example of the medal is in the gallery above). Alongside the special Illustrated Ventus medals, players will also have the chance to gain powerful Hydra, Rock Titan, and Ice Titan medals.

 

From now until 11:59 PM (PT) on September 6th, new Roxas and Namine Avatar Boards will be available for purchase. Both of these boards include 6 star Huey & Dewey & Louie, Cid, Chip, and Dale medals as well as Attack Boost II, Paralysis+, Poison+, and Sleep+ skills. Last but not least, they will also include four 5 star Illustrated Aerith medals. Collect all 8 to unlock the Special Attack Bonus.

I got the trio medal from the High Score challenge, but none in a draw. The RNG just sucks hard. Worst part is when they put those common medals in the epic deals. Like wtf? You spend 3000 jewels and get a Pence or Hayner.

I had timeless river donald from the deal and a shared illustrated Riku, don't know what other bonus medals. But my bonus was 42% in the end

Still another thing that bugs me, that you only come far when you have the right medals.

I'm so dumb. I've never consider using a shared medal that would grant me bonus. Next time I'll pay more attention to it.

I don't have even one Super Rare Medal after all those pulls. I'm out of jewels to take this pull now. I've never wasted my jewels like reviving myself or whatsoever. Just for pulls (not just simply pull), inventory space, Keyblade costs, etc.

 

I couldn't managed to get any good thing from those High Score Challenges using what I have as well as Friend Medals. Those who have good Medals and stuff can get better rewards while those who don't get nothing useful. What is this crap?

 

Yesterday, I tried the Daily Summer Deal as I'm already out of jewels for a 10-Medal pull. I was expecting at least some useful normal Medals. But guess what? I have a 4-star Hercules (with Defense Boost I), a 6-star Bambi, and a 3-star Pence. Pence is literally laughing at my face, as if it's Square Enix laughing at me.
