Hello everyone, This thread is a condensed version of the various posts as I've decided it's better to update you all under one thread as opposed to various. If you all haven't heard before, I'm sharing a fanfiction story of what happens to Kairi after the events of KH3. It's pretty interesting I believe and would love to hear your thoughts about it. The Story will Start in this thread from chapter 1. Chapter 4 has just been released and any updates will be posted in this thread! My twitter: @FruitPaopu Thank you for your patience and understanding~ May your heart be your guiding key~ Chapter 1: Rest I can only remember closing my eyes, barely conscious and faintly hearing my name from a distance. My body felt suspended, I couldn't feel the ground beneath my feet. I couldn't move....only listen. "Kairi!!" "You require motivation." Immediately I felt a sharp pain then soon after the pain stopped and my body filled with light. What happened between then and now I can't quite recall. I could just remember feeling my heart drift into a realm of emptiness. It was a scary yet familiar experience. This wouldn't be the first time my heart has drifted away, leaving my body in such a comatose state. This time is no different. Here I am again, in this beautiful yet desolate place full of hearts from those who have also fallen. The vast and expansive blue waves touch my feet. The clouds above me are still. Time is weird here. My form still retains, but I feel empty inside. Maybe Sora still believes we'll be together again. Is that why I haven't faded away? Just as I saved him, he's doing the same for me. Nearby I could hear quiet weeping. Who could be here crying, is it another person? Following the voice, it led me to one of the hearts floating around. It doesn't even notice me, continuing to cry and moving aimlessly. "Um...hello?" The crying stops. And the hearts movement slows as it floats toward me. I should say something. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt but I heard you crying...." A gentle voice emanated from the heart as it spoke to me. "No, don't be sorry. I apologise, I really shouldn't be here, I just....I don't know how I ended up here anyway. I was separated from my friends and loved ones and the last memory I have is seeing the face of the one I care for the most." She needs someone to talk to right now. We're both in the same boat. "If you need someone to talk to right now, I understand. I'm Kairi, what's your name?" I could hear her sniffling starting to stop as she spoke. "Hello Kairi, my name is Aerith."

Everyone has their favorites, but some more so than others. But in all seriousness though, hopefully they get more.

Agreed. I mean I would use the Roxas one myself, but the fact that not all the characters are selectable is disappointing. Not even Riku is one. Now they might add more later So I won't complain. Still it's funny after a KH statement like "Everybody has their favorites" and a chunk of the characters are missing lol.

Probably that they wanted to have their PSN avatar be Xion and is not impressed because that avatar is not avail.

Has to be Don't Think Twice. Especially the orchestral arrangement of it in the title sequence.

And i dont mean a KH3 style remake, maybe bring it up to look like KH2 or BBS and put it on the switch or something. The game structure is unchanged just like in other FMs- we're just adding stuff. So, what would you want? I'd like extra cutscenes between Axel and Saix, mayhe flashbacks to when they first joined or their time before being a nobody and encoutering X. Maybe even have more time with Axel, or more reports be unlockable from what he was thinking at the time with Roxas looking like Ven and ect. I'd also like Roxas and Xion to have more missions together and more dialogue between the two. Like have missions to some worlds where he originally went alone be with her and they have more conversations or something. Same with other Org members. Now that we know what they are, I'd like hints of it in their dialogue in these interactions. Or at least have us get to know them and flesh them out a little better. Maybe even have a new world or two like with Pinocchio. There were plans to have that included. Secret bosses! And how cool would it be to give it a secret movie? One that gave us a hint at Xigbars identity, or the KHUX connections between Axel and Saix or Xemnas plan with the ancient keybares or something? What would you want to see?

That it is. It seems like Nomura is having a competition to make it as convoluted as possible.

I think luxu did something to them, like put pieces of his heart in theirs. So they can now time travel to where luxu is. Also what if the foretellers are parts of mom. There’s been the thing about the 7 sins relating to them. Look in Latin what the 7 deadly sins are. Ira-wrath Avaritia- greed Gula-gluttony Superbia-pride Luxuria-lust Invidia-envy Acedia-sloth these are the names of the fortellers. And remember who gave them there names MOM. And since the next is a new saga I feel there will be new rules. All speculation though.

Name: Mirai Juniperus Nickname: Sometimes called "Miri" Race: Human Age: 27 Height: 5' 7" Personality: Stubborn yet kind. Mirai likes to be perfect and follow the rules, and expects everyone else should, too. She tends to hold an air of superiority over others, and is quick to give bullies a dose of their own medicine. Despite this fact, however, Mirai has a big heart, and goes out of her way to perform acts of kindness to those in need. Or if she feels like it. Appearance: Tall and elegant are two words to properly describe this Keyblade wielder. Mirai has jade-green hair that frames her face, with sideswept bangs that often fall into her eyes. Her hair is short on the sides and slightly longer in the back, though reaches no longer than the base of her spine. Her eyes are a brilliant shade of green, wide and full of mystery. With skin the shade of a sun-kissed tan, she wears an elaborate outfit featuring many belts (thanks, Nomura), and a white X pattern across her chest, with a tiered skirt that is merely a few inches long on one side, and full-length to her ankle on the other. History: Mirai lives in a remnant world, having survived the Keyblade War and being scattered to a world where there was still light, as per Master Ava's orders within her Dandelion faction. It was difficult, as Mirai lost many friends and family members from the great conflict in vying for the light. It became her great ambition to protect the worlds and never allow them to fall to darkness again, and to not let any suffer the way that she and countless others had that fated day. Having once served Mirai aspires to become a Keyblade Master, leading apprentices of her own and teaching them the ways of the light and how to safeguard it. However, the path ahead has not been easy, and friends have been near impossible for her to come upon. Often Mirai keeps to herself, untrusting and unwilling to open her heart. Keyblades: Zephry's Kiss – A Keyblade passed down to Mirai from her grandfather when he used to be a Dandelion. This Keyblade has a whimsical appearance, in hues of green, white, and a hint of blue, with swirls that reminisce wind gusting amongst the trees. Vines ensnare the dark-green hilt, and, if one pays close enough attention, it smells of juniper. Mirror Mirror – A Keyblade that Mirai acquired in the Dwarf Woodlands, this Keyblade features a bluebird keychain and dark diamonds along the hilt. The blade extends and is pointed, with shard-like ends that appear to be fragments of a mirror.

Detective Pikachu might actually become a case of a movie being so hilariously bad that it's good again. I think it's hard to take a live-action movie of Pokemon seriously, especially with how terrifying/weird some of them look. However, if they take that to their advantage and actually don't try to be serious about it, it can still be a great and fun movie. Movies like Sharknado were successful because they were so badly done you had to laugh. But that wasn't the only reason because there are many movies like that and they're just bad. The reason Sharknado was actually enjoyable to me was that you could feel that all parties involved did not take it seriously but rather just as it is: a bad movie with a ridiculous plot and fairly bad CGI. And that makes it good because the moment you feel that, it becomes a parody of itself without trying to be mean or being upset about the fact that it will never be a truly profound piece of art. If Detective Pikachu does it right, it can also do it like Deadpool. (And not because Ryan Reynolds is also Pikachu's voice actor. This different, a bit less child-friendly image of a caffeine addicted Pikachu is refreshing rather than trying to copy a game.) Let's be real. Live-action movies based on an anime or games with an anime-esque look have rarely ever worked out, apart from romance dramas perhaps. Having Pokemon, the epitome of child-friendly, translated into such a setting would likely be off-putting if they attempted that with a serious mindset. The best they can do to appeal to adults (which make up a considerable amount of Pokemon fans even if Nintendo tries to ignore that at times), is to be aware that some of this just looks ridiculous in a realistic style and act on that. And it seems like they actually did that so far. I think there's a reason Detective Pikachu was chosen and not one of the main games or even a movie/the anime series. It's a spin-off with arguably a less grand fanbase while still having a story to follow and the potential to make it adequate for both adults and children. I think I will actually watch it with the expectation that it will be a horrible movie but also with the potential to be a great horrible movie. And if not, I will at least have seen around an hour or so of a fluffy Pikachu with a Deadpool voice.
