- Helios - Mystras - /w Aura & Bherna -
Helios listened, his head perking up at the mention of Jynn as her father. "Wait." He hummed, taking a step forward. "It can't be...princess Bherna?" He asked, blinking as he tilted his head. She looked so...grown up. Despite only being months since he last saw her. He had never met her personally, but how could anyone forget Jynn's daughter, always by his side? "You've grown." Was the first thing he said, chuckling before giving a small bow. He turned to Aura, smiling. "Maybe we could go ahead and ask them. Though I'm sure they're all pretty busy...no one expected this happen." He hummed, looking back at Bherna. His eyes narrowed for a moment. "But...why is your father here, your highness? He should be a Kilkis Seres, should he not? or at least you in his stead if he is here?" Helios asked. Even he knew a bit about royal politics here and there. There was just some things that were expected. Yet as with everything so far, the only thing they should be expecting was the unexpected itself. "This doesn't look good." He finally decided, looking back down at Aura. "I'm sure that this is a thing between leaders...but I can't stay here and remain blissfully ignorant. Not after what's happened so far." He said, looking back at Bherna. "I'll go see if I can meet your father and Raiden, then...or eavesdrop on the conversation. Either way." He said, a smirk on his lips. Helios was still Helios. As he began to walk, he paused, looking back at Aura. "Come with me? I'm sure we both could use some answers." He said, offering his hand.
- Arthur - Mystras - Helping the refugees -
Whether it was his speech, of the threat of having sir Alastor smack them silly, the soldiers of Sodon stepped up to the plate to help the Fey take care of the refugees the best they could. It was an entire kingdom, and they had to make sure everyone was alright. Every single one. Among so many people no one had seen the king such yet, so they figured that he was speaking with lord Raiden, or King Alderon. The elderly were helped to move, the hungry were offered food, and the confused were offered answers. Human soldiers were already collecting names and districts of what they knew from the kingdom. It wasn't perfect, but it was as good as they could do under the circumstances. Arthur paused, carrying another basket of fruits as he glanced at a...strange looking Fey. He had never seen his kind before. It was like looking a giant bug. He seemed lost? Confused? Hard to tell considering it had a great poker face...and by that we mean he had no face at all. Arthur hummed, pursing his lips as he walked over to the bug Fey. "Hey?" He asked, lifting his basket of fruits. "You seem lost. Are you hungry?" He asked. "If you're looking to volunteer, we could use more people to set up more tents." He asked, smiling a bit. "I...haven't seen your species before...you're really cool!"
Scrapmaster reacted to this -
While Jynn goes into Raiden's tent, Typhon's gonna take a walk around to find something to eat.
Old lady: Hello there, want some fruit?
Typhon: Y-Yes...
Can Arthur offer him fruit too? Arthur gonna offer him fruit

A king, an old knight, a grumpy knight and a fey ruler were more of a father figure to Arthur than his actual father ever was he cares for those four very very much.

Alastor wouldn't smack, just stand there. Awkwardly.
NEXT TIME HE SEES HIM ARTHUR'S GONNA GIVE THAT GRUMPY MAN A HUG AND A THANKS THAT'S GONNA BE CANNON SOON
before selfishly giving his life for his people or somethingScrapmaster and Nero Kunivas reacted to this -
Nobody's giving Alastor credit for that pep talk.
;_;
Alastor is the reason Arthur is still on his feet. He would give Alastor a hug if he wasn't scared he'd get smacked.
Edit:
NEXT TIME HE SEES HIM ARTHUR'S GONNA GIVE THAT GRUMPY MAN A HUG AND A THANKS

For those who want the humans out? Not much. Just hunting them down, put them on (unfair, corrupted) trials, those kind of things.
To those who want to help? Time in the dungeons, most likely.
Humans would be the new cyphs.
But then I would feel bad. I feel horrible right now for thinking that
This sounds heartbreaking and horrifying. Humanity has barely escaped extinction, with this it would mean to 'finish the job' and straight up make them extinct! Such angst and sadness!...count me in

Now I feel terrible for considering a blood purge if the dragon siblings took control of the north.
I'm afraid to ask what that blood purge would mean

- Arthur - Mystras - Moment of Determination - /w Alastor & Dawson -
Arthur yelped at the pull, though he didn't expect anything less from a man such as Alastor. He stared at him, listening with sunken eyes. He felt his words echo, his heart aching as he listened. If there was any hatred for Midnea, it had tenfold after this. The words seemed to knock some sense into him, his eyes slowly gaining that light again, his eyes widening at the mention of Alex. "He went alone?!" He yelled, for the first time reacting as he grasped Alastor's hands. "Why didn't he bring anyone with him?!" He yelled, more warm tears escaping his eyes. He felt his head ache, his throat sore as he listened Alastor. He frowned, closing his eyes as he moved them from Alastor's hands to his eyes. "Home..." He whispered. Maybe home wasn't gone. Not fully. The world was gone, his friends, his family, everyone and everything they've ever knew. But he was still alive, still beating, still standing. "(Visco...Mom...)" He thought, opening his eyes with a frown. He had worked so hard to become a knight. Endured through the initiation, the training, the exhausting preparation. Yet he survived. He remained. Arthur looked up at Alastor, catching his own reflection against the armor. He stared, tears streaming down. His armor was worn, scratched of war...he was a knight first and above all. Was it alright to sob and sorrow? He was human after all- "No." He finally spoke, looking up at Alastor. The light that remained in his eyes gleamed, the spark of naiveness that was once in him slowly dulled out and replaced with something anew. "...I'm sorry, sir Alastor." He spoke, his tone almost different from before. He pushed his hands, freeing himself from Alastor's grip as he fell onto his feet. He backed away, looking up broken. Yet, he seemed to compose himself, quickly properly bowing. "I'll take my leave, sir." He spoke, his childish smile on him once again as he saluted. "I don't know what I'll do. All of my life I have followed orders, and lived to serve to save my home...but I've failed on that. The same goes for the other knights. But...you're right, Sir Alastor." He spoke, frowning as he looked down at his hands, blood seeping through his gloves. For a moment he paused, his head slowly rising up as he growled. "...You're firetrucking right." He hissed, a surge of determination in his eyes as he walked away, not saying another word.
"Guys we have to get up." Arthur stepped into the tent of the Sodon knights, blinking as he glanced around. "Arthur now's not the time-!" "No, get up!" Arthur insisted, beginning to flip off the bed sheets of the soldier's beds. "HEY! Gancelot what the fu-!" "We have to get up and help with the refugees." "...why?" Arthur looked around. "What do you mean why?" "They're from Heldevora...they aren't our people." "There is no 'our' people anymore. Home is gone. If you don't get up I'll have sir Alastor smack you around!" "H-Hey don't threaten me like that!" Arthur looked around. "Come on...we have to help. We're the experts here." He said, gesturing to everyone. "We're the first humans to ever step into this world. We are the link between the humans and the Fey. We are the ones they will look up to for answers besides the Fey. We have to teach their knights how to fight against the creatures. What they are to expect. To people about the current situation. Who are the ones who stepped first into this world? Us. Who are the survivors against the very first war against this world? Us. Who are the witness to everything so far?! Us!" He spoke. Silence. He sighed for a moment, pulling out his sword and raising it to his neck. Gasps rose. "A-Arthur?!" "Why are we knights?" He asked, looking around. "We are knights in order to protect the people. We wear this armor and flag with pride. Yet, you won't do anything?" He asked, his sword remaining to his neck. "If we aren't knights, then we might as well save the people the time and kill ourselves right now!" He yelled, tears still streaming down. "Alex is already being sent on a death mission!" He yelled. "All to find out Intel on the enemy! Can you all say the same?!" Silence reign the tent, soldiers wiping away their tears. "Please rise out of spite if of nothing." He lowered the sword. "This witch has taken so much from us...so let's show her what humans can really do." He spoke, sheathing his sword. Whispers spread, and soon enough they began to rise. "We have an entire kingdom of people who rely on us now. We can't let everyone lives to have been gone in vain! We fought for the future of humanity! And even though this isn't how we expected it, this is it!" Arthur yelled, knights rising to their feet as he placed a fist against his chest. "For the memory of our kingdom, of Sodon and its citizens, and our princess! As long as we live, then so does Sodon! As long as our king lives, then we serve the people! We shall earn our right to be buried with our armor! No one will forget of Sodon or its soldiers, were it be Human of Fey!" Arthur yelled, his eyes glowing. "FOR SODON AND ALL!" The clashing of metal armor rose. "FOR SODON AND ALL!" The unison of the voices echoed, roaring loudly within the tent. Arthur sighed, looking around. "We have to move. Tent section D and E will have to search for the rest around the camp and drag them over to help, limbs attached optional." Arthur flipped his coat, the emblem of Sodon still embroidered proudly against the blue fabric. "Let's show them what humanity can do."
Within the ranges as they Fey received humanity, it was a struggle for organization. Of course, humanity was wary of this new, strange land, and everyone in it. "It's fruit." A fey spoke, insistent on the children to eat it, who instead hid further behind their parents. Before the Fey could speak, Arthur gently took the basket out of her hand, walking over to the group. "Hey now. These fruits aren't harmful to humans. They actually taste like candy." He spoke, taking one and taking a bite out of it. "Hmm! Just like taffy!" He cooed. The children began to slowly step up. "You're human?" "Yes. A knight from the kingdom of Sodon." Arthur spoke, glancing around as he could see the soldiers of Sodon step up, volunteering to help, the hall slowly fulling up with human veterans. "How did you get here?!" "Well, that's a long story. Which I can tell you later...but first you have to eat." Arthur said, offering the fruit. The child stared warily, before taking the fruit and eating it. Before long the child began to scarf it down without hesitation. Arthur smiled, quickly offering the basket of fruits to the rest. "Go ahead. They're all safe for humans." He insisted, children taking the fruits before adults began to take them also. Soon the previously full basket was empty. Arthur turned to the Fey, smiling. "How can I help?" "Hey." A child spoke, getting Arthur's attention. "If you're from Sodon...why are you helping us?" The child's mother hushed him, telling him not to be rude. Arthur shook his head. "From now on, we don't serve Sodon alone." He said, quickly pressing a fist against his chest with pride.
"We serve humanity."

- Helios - Mystras - /w Aura & Bherna -
Helios looked up at the young woman, nodding at her condolences. There was something off, however. The scent was familiar. But...he couldn't narrow it down. He frowned, looking down at Aura and then back up at the woman. "The amount of lives that have been lost are irreplaceable...I don't think anyone even thought of such horrible events to be possible." Helios spoke, his tone low as he tried to ignore the woes of the humans. "I've heard that a whole kingdom was saved, but that's all I have on information." Helios hummed, his hands reaching to his necklace. A whole world just...gone. Like nothing. In the snap of a finger. And all he could hope for is that it was fast and painless. He perked his head up, looking up at the young woman. "Is there a way that we can help? We'll be receiving human refugees. If lord Raiden needs help, I'm all ears." Helios spoke, looking up as he took a deep breath, pausing at a thought. "(Oh no...Lord Alderon's daughter...)" He bit his lip. So much happened in such little time. Not to mention that all of these humans would have to be settled and adjust to the fact that they're in a whole other world with all new customs and magic...oh this would be a very very long week. He sighed. "Though, I would have to be careful not to be much of a bother..." He muttered, thinking. "But I think I can convince a few friends on helping out, provide transportation and such...and my shapeshifting abilities can prove useful on other ends." He hummed.

- Arthur - Mystras - Mourning - /w Alastor & Dawson -
Arthur gasped at a familiar voice. He turned, his attention turning to none other than Dawson. "You." He whispered, rather surprised. He hadn't seen the warrior since they clashed against one another in the battlefield. Yet, his words did not bring comfort. If anything, it just surged more emotions inside of him, turning away as he glanced down at the floor. "At least you have a home to fight for." He whispered, his voice rough after his screaming. He frowned. "The Kingdom of Helvadoria and the Kingdom of Sodon are ruled by two different monarchs. If Sodon no longer exists, what will happen to us?" He asked out loud, worry in his tone. They were now pariahs of their own kind. What remained, at least. Serving a king with no kingdom. "And princess Visco is...gone." He hissed, gritting his teeth as he turned to face Alastor, anger mixed with pain in his eyes as he swallowed the lump on his throat. Fresh tears began to fall down his cheeks. "And it's her fault, isn't it?" He asked, his tone almost grave. He took a deep breath, looking away as he turned. "We should've killed her when we had the chance. You knew...everyone KNEW!" Arthur screamed, his attention back at Alastor. "Now our world is GONE! You all knew from the start how dangerous she was and instead you sat back, waiting for the right moment?! How many right moments passed in front of your eyes and you simply thought, 'next time for sure'?! There is no next time for us anymore!" He screamed, his sadness turned to rage, pain and agony in his voice as he screamed, his heart beating ever so fast. In a moment he seemed to loose himself, all etiquette thrown out the window as he stepped forward to Alastor before landing a single punch against his chest. Yet, it wasn't meant to kill or harm, as there wasn't even an attempt of electricity on it. Frustration. That's what it was. Arthur punched Alastor's armor again. "There is no home to fight for anymore! There's no mom to visit or sister to play with! There's no kingdom to serve! THERE'S NOTHING!" He screamed, punching at Alastor, using him as a way to fuel his anger even if it only ended up with him bruising his own knuckles until they turned purple hues. "She took Visco, our home, SHE'S TAKEN EVERYTHING!!!" Arthur screamed, slamming both fists against Alastor's armor one more time as he breathed heavily. He then found himself sliding down, falling onto his knees in front of the knight, before pressing his head against the floor beneath. His body shook as more tears came from his eyes, sobs and cries escaping his throat. The proud knight knelt in defeat and sorrow, his own heart barely able to keep up. "She's taken everything...we've lost..."

I noticed that most of the existing cast have a lot in common with Marvel characters. (These are my opinions)
Raiden=Odin
Get the joke?
Jynn=Steve Rogers, Cap'n
Henry=Hulk
Yevgeni=Loki
Midnea=Hela
Dawson=Rocket (Actually who Dawson's personality is loosely based on)
Helios=Groot
Alastor=Thor
Typhon=Tony Stark, Iron Man
Rabiyu=Gamora
Maxis=Drax
Arthur=Brody
Elia=Nat, Black Widow
That's all I got so far.
Helios being groot is the greatest thing omg. I have no idea who Brody is but i'm pretty sure it's spot on too

- Arthur - Mystras - Mourning -
Arthur gasped a bit, looking up to see Alastor there. His eyes were red along with his nose, tears constantly dripping down his cheeks. He looked down at the flowers, only to curl around them once more. He was taught to keep his calm around his superiors, to keep a professional tone...but he couldn't do it. Not this time. "We lost." He whispered, sobbing between words. "We fought, we lost men and women and Fey alike, we came to war to save our world...and it was all for nothing." He spoke, his tone sounding broken. "The only home I've ever known is gone, along with countless of lives, including my mother and sister and...and..." He gritted his teeth. "Visco...!!!" He looked up slowly, staring at Alastor, as if he hoped to find an answer in him. "I am glad of the people that were saved. To save so much from a disaster like that, it's nothing short of a miracle. An entire kingdom and it's people! But..." Arthur felt his throat ache. "I didn't even get to say goodbye..." He whispered, forcing himself to stand. He got the flowers away with a shaky hand, only to stare down at his hands. "We have lost our world, Alastor, and everything and everyone I swore to protect and fight for is gone. Humanity is now an alien species in the only place left, and we still don't know what will happen next. I just..." Arthur gritted his teeth. "I shouldn't be angry...I shouldn't be angry at innocent lives that have been saved, but why them?!" He screamed, his face pressed against his gloves. "It was Sodon who have its life in this war! Who fought for its place in this world! It was our king who came here to try and defend...is that why...they couldn't save home..." He said, looking up. He looked exhausted, more mentally than physically. "I'm being selfish...when I shouldn't be..." He spoke, walking towards Alastor. The look in his eyes simply broken, from inside and out. "Sir Alastor...what does a knight do...when he has no one left to protect...?"
-
Helios listened to Aura, smiling at her touch and kisses. He gently leaned in, landing a kiss on her forehead as he held her hands. "No one is perfect, Aura. There is no road paved to happiness. So...let's make our own." Helios smiled, genuinely happy and grateful. He had never met someone who had made his heart flutter the way Aura did. That made him want to return, to look forward to. Despite being two species, two worlds, hundreds of years apart...he wanted to give her as many of his lifetimes as he could.
- Arthur & Helios - Mystras - The Terrible News -
When the news hit, there were no words for the reaction given. The army of men and women of the human world collapsed with all kinds of reactions. Grief, anger, despair. Many screamed in utter agony, their hearts shattered beyond repair as others screamed in anger. Tears were shed. They were lost. Their world, their families, their loved ones, everyone and everything who they had been fighting for, was gone. Just like that, the war was easily over. Yet along with sadness, depravity kicked in, anger rising. Someone, something had to be responsible, and they wanted answers. Was it because the barrier had been absorbing from the world for too long? Was it something that Kilkis Seres had done? Maybe it was no one's fault. But something had to be done. Arthur didn't even know how to react. The silent shock settled in for a while before he suddenly screamed as loud as his lungs would allow him, lightning following his outburst violently. He screamed and screamed for hours until his throat went raw, tears rolling down his cheeks, holding his chest as if he had been shot, the wild lightning circling around him like a protective instinct. This went on for hours, the knight isolating himself back into the forest nearby for the safety of those around him until he passed out. Even when he awoke again the tears only resumed, and so did the lightning, the once proud knight curling up against the floor as he held his head. Mother, sister, Visco- all gone, in a matter of seconds. His dream of returning home would remain at that; a mere dream. He would never return home. He would never get to eat his mother's cinnamon bread, or receive her kisses. He would never get to play with his sister or hear her laughter. He would never get to tell Visco how much he loved her, nor present her with the flowers he had gotten for her. He had never felt a pain this great, not emotional, not physical. Everything he cared for was gone, and as far as he was concerned, so was he. He held onto Visco's letter, his hands shaking as he was afraid to hold. The war for their world had ended, and they had lost.
Helios took it just as bad. He tried to remain strong, yet his facade was easily broken down. His scream of horror pierced among the rest. It was gone. All of it. The world, its people, its animals, its culture. Gone. Like the wind. He only allowed himself to mourn for a moment, before forcing himself to swallow his sorrow as his mind went directly to Aura and Henry, reaching Aura first. He didn't even ask, his arms wrapping around Aura into a hug, offering any form of comfort he could. Everything had been turned on its head, and now the future was unknown, the single question hanging over everyone's head; what now? "I'm so sorry...Aura..."

- Helios - /w Aura - Confessions
Helios slowed down his pace as he whispered to the bird. Soon the bird flew off, carrying his message to the air. But Helios didn't resume walking, just remaining still for a few moments before speaking up. The thought had plagued him long enough, now it was a better time than ever. No Alastor, no worry of war. Just a moment. "Aura," he spoke, looking down. "I've always been a wanderer, moving from place to place, learning from experience, discovering the unknown. Humanity and your world was no different. So alike, yet so different. After what happened with Alderon, I wondered for a long time if my wonder for humanity would turn into hate, and for a while, it did." He said, sighing as he smiled a bit, his eyes glancing at the floor. "But...I was reminded again why I fell for humanity's charms in the first place. By people like Henry, and Auron...and you." Helios spoke, turning to face her fully as he held her hand in his. He held them gently and dearly, as if afraid to let go. "You remind me of everything that made me fall in love with humanity, and more. Persistent, adaptable, kind...beautiful. You don't let the laws of nature bind you. You make your own limits and soar." Helios said, his face slowly turning pink. "Aura." He spoke, and before she could answer, he quickly and gently pressed his lips against hers, landing a kiss. He kissed her for a few moments before backing away. He looked at her, smiling as his cheeks burned red, the tint reaching all the way to his ears. "I have traveled many roads, Aura. But now...I wish to only travel the one that leads to you, if you would allow me to follow." He said, holding her hand still. The child of life had fallen in love with humanity, yet it was a single human soul that had managed to steal his heart.

Helios nodded at Aura, gently taking her hand as he looked back at Alastor. "We'll be heading back now. We'll find someone." He assured, turning away as he gently walked away along with Aura, the two making their way back to the camp. "Don't worry, Aura. We won't let you loose control." Helios whispered. He tried to keep his cool, even as his mind raced with the possibilities. The process was taking so long, and as good as that was, he worried, would it only get worse once the other symptoms began to kick in? He wouldn't allow it. Nope. Nu huh. "If we don't find one, then we will have a backup." Helios said, walking with one hand holding Aura's. He opened his mouth, a sharp whistle escaping his lips as from the trees flew down a rather small bird with brilliant blue feathers, landing on his other hand, lifting it up right up to Helios' face. "Hey buddy. I need you to pass a message." Helios whispered to the avian, who simply puffed its feathers in return before nodding.
Arthur listened to Rufus, his eyes glistening before turning back to Alastor. "Sir Alastor!" He yelled, sliding down of the tree before allowing himself to fall onto his feet, hurrying to the knight. "Sir Alastor!" Arthur said, quickly straightening himself up. "Requesting permission to pause the training session so I may search for this woman, sir!" Arthur asked, staring at Alastor as he could barely keep himself still. "Please?"

Helios smiled softly at Aura, only to get hit with the brick of reality by Alastor. He had completely forgotten about the...very unruly nature of such sickness. The process that was to be periled by those who weren't meant obtain it. Being unable to control the first states of the transformation could be deadly not only for them, but for everyone involved. "Surely there must be someone at the camp who can help. There are remedies for this!" Helios said, quickly stepping up to face Alastor. "If there are not any in the camp, then we'll look for one further out!" Helios insisted. This kind of thing was surely common enough for there to be a standard procedure. The cases where one wouldn't notice and let the illness be without any precautions usually led to the Werewolf being loose in a situation that could not be controlled...but he would not allow Aura to be another of those circumstances. She looked at Aura. "We'll get you someone. How about we hurry back now and begin asking around? There's bound to be someone." Helios asked, offering a gentle smile. Meanwhile Arthur watched in awe. He could cure illnesses. That was all he wanted to her. Arthur jumped, pushing himself further up the branches as he stared at Rufus. "You're currently claimed, who do I have to talk to for you to grant me a wish?! There's someone that requires a cure, as quickly as possible!" He said, looking at Rufus with gleaming eyes. "Please, Rufus! Is she around? Would she be willing to speak?!"
-
I'm kind of thinking that it would be best to just postpone the time skip, since there is so much to be done before it.
So maybe we'll finish the above events in, say, about two weeks, and proceed with the timeskip from there? Does that work for everyone?
I'm fine either way as well. Also I apologize for not posting. I will soon today, and add some more embarrassed Helios and awed Arthur.

Helios looked up at Aura, now feeling like a prick. Did he made her feel bad? She quickly waved his hands. "U-Um!" Helios said. "You're still pretty human! We don't even know how much further has this affected you! You still look the same. No fluffy ears or anything! Though even with them you'd still look just as cute." Helios assured, smiling until he caught up to realize with what he had said. He felt his cheeks burn, not knowing how to respond to his own words. "U-Um, I mean, even with fluffy ears and a tail, you'd still be pretty! Not that you aren't pretty now! You're very pretty, you've always been!" Helios panicked, only making it worse as he slapped his hands over his mouth before he screwed up any further. "Sorry." He muffled. Arthur gasped at Rufus, smiling at him. "Now way! Like the ones from fairy tales?! The ones that grant wishes?!" Arthur asked, now holding onto the branch as he tried to climb closer to Rufus. "So you can make a hundred pounds of chocolate appear? Or give me a puppy?" Arthur asked, pausing before asking seriously. "Can you cure magic illnesses?"

The Warden glanced at Allan, wasting no time. "Something we want to stop before it gets out of hand." The Warden says as she pushed a couple of envelopes towards him. "For months, there has been suspicious activity of what is suspected to be gang related. A couple of people showing up at different places, talking to different people, most of them young high school students, asking them to join some kind of group, not giving any details unless they accepted. At first it was responsibility of the local police to investigate this through. However, after further inquiry, we have discovered a crucial link in between them all; every single one of the individuals encountered were of Supernatural origin. After the events with the illness, the sightings have only increased, as well as their apparent sign painted all around downtown." The Warden said, showing photos of graffiti that spelled TCO in different colors with an X around the O. The Warden leaned in. "They are aware of the M&M, and have seen to been able to avoid us. So, as a human, you should be able to tail them without any trouble." The Warden said as she opened up a file. "You will be tailing our best lead; a 16 year old demon by the name of Ryu Santos. He was approached by one of them and actually accepted their offer. Though he has been interviewed, we haven't been able to get him to say anything. So instead, we hope that if he thinks that we're off his back, he will continue on to meet with this group and lead us to someone we can actually get information out of." The Warden said, staring down at the photo of the child. "You are to follow his every move for the next 24 hours. You must not be compromised before we get what we need out of him. Am I understood?"

- Arthur & Helios - /w Aura, Alastor, Rufus - Training - Outskirts of Mystras -
Helios eventually let go of Aura, humming as he glanced at her, tilting his head. "Lycanthropy is an infectious disease that originates from the Werewolf gene. Werewolves are able to look like Feys or any other regular creature, but able to transform into these giant wolf like creatures while retaining their intelligence, if they are skilled enough to not give into their instincts. Like Vamparism, it takes physical contact with the creature's saliva to your bloodstream for you to contract it. If there is a way to reverse it, it is either a myth or simply not known." Helios spoke, quickly thinking of possibilities as he scratched his cheek. "Despite the variety and diversity, there aren't many species that can just transform others into one of their owns like Vampires, Werewolves and others do. While there are some that can be transformed, it usually requires a whole other process entirely." Helios hummed, gently feeling Aura's ears a bit. They were still round, and as he rubbed her hair, he didn't feel any dog ears either. "But you aren't showing any signs of Lycanthropy, though. You would have definitely transformed the moment it entered your bloodstream, or hours later. It's been way too long." Arthur said. He then knelt down, gently pressing his ear against Aura's chest until he could hear her heartbeat. "Your heart still beats too, and you ate actual food. So Vampirism is out of the question as well." Helios hummed, stepping back as he crossed his arms. "Whatever bit you might've done the same thing to what happened to Henry and the others, in a less drastic way. A mix of genes to enhance your abilities and senses to that of the original aggressor. Humanity hasn't encountered many of the beasts that this world has...how anything from a bite to blood transfusions react to the human body, the possibilities are endless." Helios concluded, gently rubbing his head. "It was known what Fey blood could do to humans because of Alderon's experiments...guess we're still learning just how adaptable humans are compared to this world."

- Arthur & Helios - /w Aura, Alastor, Rufus - Training - Outskirts of Mystras -
Arthur paused as he noticed the person that had appeared, talking to Helios as Alastor talked to Aura. He hurried over to take a closer look, just in time to see Rufus' hand go right through Helios', catching both boys off guard. "Whoa!" Arthur gasped, dismissing his lightning as his mind wandered to the current situation. "You're a ghost?!" Arthur asked. Helios blinked a few times, looking down at his hand and then back at Rufus. "Not a ghost." Helios hummed, closing his hand. "Ghosts don't just show up like that." Helios said, glancing up at Rufus and tilting his head. However his attention was taken by Aura's description of the smells, something a human shouldn't be able to do. Helios was quick to jump down from his branch, landing swiftly next to Aura before he turned to her. She still smelled like Aura, the same sweet scent as from the time they had met. But it was obvious by now that something was off. "If you were attacked by a creature carrying a type of lycanthropy, you could've been infected. It's odd that you didn't transform. Maybe it's partial?" Helios spoke, his tone turning worried as he then reached out to Aura. He pinched her cheeks, pulling at them a bit as he tried to look at her teeth. "Have you grown any new canines yet? Or grown fur in unusual places? Aura, this would be the first reported Lycanthropy case affecting a human!" Helios said, by this point smiling as his mind began to fill itself with all kinds of questions. Arthur crawled up to the tree, still interested in Rufus. "If you just got here, then...does this mean that you were on the other side, with Kilkis Seres?" Arthur asked, curious at the new magical soldier. "But if you're not a ghost, then what are you?" Arthur asked, his eyes sparkling with curiosity. "Are you a forest spirit?!"
