Useful thing I learnt today: Typing out everything making me sad and conflicted really helps. It's like it doesn't even make sense to be so depressed anymore
it helps so much because instead of repeating the same thought in my head over and over i can just let it out once and see that i've already typed this. I think a key step in dealing emotions is learning when to stop thinking about one thing
