As much as I wish for Terra and Aqua's relationship to expand, I know that won't happen. Nomura doesn't want to make any pairing official because the fandom keeps inventing new ones all the time, and canonizing any pairing would alienate fans whom oppose the official couple(s). If there was any intention of having a canon couple(s) in the KH series, that idea sank faster than the Titanic long ago. u_u

I don't pair up Axel/Lea with anyone because I don't really see any romantic tension between him with any other character.

Xion is the pinnacle of what Ansem the Wise says in the ending: the idea that everything has a heart, and that Sora can recognize this. Xion is the epitome of nothing: her body is manufactured, her looks are based on a memory, her powers are derived from Roxas, and has nothing of her own that makes her a distinct individual. And yet, in Sora's heart, she is recognized as a unique thing, in spite of her being nothing but a construct of his own memories. It gives more credit to Sora to how much he cares for things, and also gives credence to Xion that there is at least a small part of her that truly exists in and of herself.

You sir, have made my day. People keep forgetting that Kairi will help foil Xehanort's plans; she doesn't have any darkness so she can't be manipulated by him. And if she learns to fight, she won't be a damsel in distress anymore.
 
People have been complaining how Kairi has been useless for the last 10 years and now that she's finally getting a chance to use her keyblade, be more than just a plot device, and get some character development, people are complaining about this. WHAT.

OH.MY.firetruckING.GOD. KAIRI WILL BE TRAINED UNDER RIKU, YES. Finally, Kairi gets some development and hopefully she'll train alongside Lea!!

I love Haley's voice, no one but him can be Sora. He made that role his, and if Haley were to ever be replaced I'd be extremely infuriated! Hell knows no wrath like that of an angry fan.

If they can provide some great voice work that'll surprise me and make me more connected to the character, then sure why not? I was actually skeptical at first when i found out Jesse McCartney was going to be in Kingdom Hearts 2, but once i started playing, i started to like Roxas and felt like his voice was perfect for him
