It's Gisnep Wars, instead of the true SW, so it's not like it matters anyway.

Why are these sorts of dishes always in such small portions?!

Now I can read Isa pining over Lea in English…lol
The pandemic held me off from buying the JP version, looks like waiting was a good choice after all.

I wish they'd release the older ones too (especially the KH1 Ultimania, original and revised)

Superfluous.

QuoteShimomura: It was our plan to release KH worldwide, so I felt that if we put the titles in Japanese, we risked losing out on their true meaning if they got translated to English or French, due to how ambiguous Japanese can sometimes be. The language also helps set the mood for the song. For example: Xion's theme, "Musique pour la tristesse de Xion" [which means "song for the sadness of Xion" in French], is a theme that has "sadness" in it, and I felt that the word "tristesse" in French fit way more than the English words of "sad" and "sadness". Yozora's theme means "Yoru no tsubasa" [night wing] in German, but translating it in English as simply "Night Wing" or "Mirror of Night" would look…too simple and not fit his character at all, I feel. Because Yozora is a character with a different perspective of the world, I thought German for his song would fit perfectly. So here's a pro tip I give: When titling your compositions, focus on giving a title that justifies the feeling of your song. And also, don't fear using puns.
Quoting this because I feel it's a) really interesting and b) important for the music aficionados to know.
Also, "Dark Domination" sounds like a porn title >_>

I think it's for decorative purposes, not an actual functioning chess set.

Finally we can divest ourselves of those awkward fan-names.

Sora has got to win some sort of reward for sheer stubborn recklessness.

Note: people on Tumblr etc. have been speculating for months now that the Verum Rex back-cover text is actually a hint(s) for the next saga.

This sounds more like promotional posturing or whatever you call such a concept than anything else tbh…or something coming from these guys. (Or, god forbid, a V-cast-esque "story" in book form.)

Disney outright owns all the original content, they just leave Square do the heavy lifting for the most part (as it should…Disney execs meddling tends to be a hindrance rather than a boon, eg. with Arendelle).

Being reminded that Star Wars is, in fact, a Disney product now never fails to depress me.

Why are you counting the Mushrooms as “bosses”? They already have an equivalent in the Seven Flans.

YXs EYES ARENT YELLOW!?!?
I'm getting the feeling that the MoM was the one who initially drove Xehanort to basically go off the deep end…which is, of course, what he wanted to happen in the first place.
Also, that "world tour" joke is so very meta and you know Nomura was itching for a chance to do something like that.

Now I'm wondering if those fights in the trailer are the KH3 equivalent of the Data Org., or if they're actually straight-up changing the main scenario (something that has never been done before in this series). Note that Xigbar and Dark Riku in the playable Riku section have similar max HP to their base game equivalents—I expect more than that from a theoretical post-game superboss fight.
Also, it feels so weird to have Sora as support (base game Saïx jokes not withstanding).

I don't think so...totally-not-Skuld is bait for the next saga.

These aren’t even worth getting with NG+ Keyblade carryover lol

Usually they save mechanical changes for the Final Mixes (or in this case, I assumed the paid DLC)...this is an interesting decision.

A shorter wait than I expected tbh, I expected early 2020 for this.

Everyone knew this, of course (similar cases for Tangled and Frozen), but I still wonder why since Disney owns all of these series outright. Did they not feel like getting into a legal tussle with the original composers?
