Oh if the game was sold at like the standard price with 2 games included they definitely got the better end of the deal. I just assumed that the price was raised to bundle the 2 games together. That changes my perspective on it entirely. I like the fact that you get rewarded going into KH2FM after beating Re:CoM and rewarded after KH2FM back into Re:CoM. On top of the rewards and the good prices, I feel like disks are also a lot nicer looking than the ones we have over here. So they were winning in almost every aspect. I feel like the only thing they got jipped on was the fact that they had to beat KH2FM to get the additional Org Cards whereas we just had to beat the game.
Since Re:CoM came out after KH2 they added in the additional Organization member cards. These cards were in both the English and JP Re:CoM, but these cards weren't present in the original CoM for either region. The biggest difference was that in JP you had to beat KH2FM first as @DestinysUnion stated and in the US we were able to find the cards after clearing the game. Additionally in the 1.5 ReMix we were able to get 358/2 days cards as well. I feel like it's really cool that they added in that little detail.
Yeah I was pleasantly surprised when I watched the Re:Coded movie on the 2.5 years back because of how much I actually enjoyed it. I avoided it like the plague prior to that because everywhere I went someone was saying something bad about it. I even enjoyed playing the game itself after I watched the cutscenes. I feel like if Re:CoM was released as a standalone title we would've gotten full voice acting. But considering it was meant to be incentive to buy KH2 again I get why they ended up leaving it out and going the text based route.
 

Like what NeoLimitForm said, I think it was a matter of time and budget. If I remember correctly, Re:COM was made as a bonus game packaged in with KHII Final Mix as extra incentive for players to buy KHII a second time. Developing Re:COM's system from the ground up probably already took a bit of time and resources, which is probably why they prioritized making only the main story cutscenes voiced.

Likely for time/budget efficiency if I had to guess. It was around the time that they started pumping out KH games year after year, so I could see them not wanting to invest the extra time in voice acting and making the characters more animated to fit the voices. I felt like the static cutscenes were fitting for the game personally. I felt like it made it more reminiscent of the original It was a good way to get the story of CoM to a wider audience without any decline in quality. It would be interesting to see Re:CoM with full voice acting and other changes, but I don't think that'd ever happen sadly as most people aren't too big on CoM/Re:CoM
 

True, I will try to find in Ebay or asked around in the community who either sells them or in other areas. 
These 2 boys are just so rare to find now a days. 
Unless in the future Bringarts figures of Roxas they plan to release Roxas Twilight Town Outfit. That would be worth to get him. 

I feel like someone who is more into collecting might have a better answer for you but because these have been out for a while now you may have the best luck going through hobby stores that specialize in selling action figures and other fandom collectibles or sites like eBay. Because these are sold out on the usual sites like Amazon or the SE store you might also have to be prepped to pay more than what they were listed for on the main storefronts as well.

1: I guess it depends on the kind of content you want to make. Some viewers will be looking for best ways to level up, optimal equipment and items etc. Me personally; not a big fan of that sort of stuff. I typically watch to see reactions to the story and boss fights etc   2: Yes! Love seeing people who are far better at videogames than I am beat those challenges!  If its not too much extra work though, do edit out some of the failed attempts if not a lot of interest was really happening   3: Yes I would do that! In fact what you could do is record a bunch of episodes of Unchained and Dark Road at once and then upload them periodically as you go through the rest of the series. Another good thing about doing it that way would be that if you're busy or need to take a break, you'll still have some videos ready to be uploaded so your viewers still get regular content ^.^  Good luck with the channel and the Lets Plays  YouTube has changed quite a lot since the days when I used to make Lets Play videos but am happy to chat if you need any other input

As for your questions, I think it ultimately comes down to what you would want to do since everyone has their own unique spin on things. Here are my thoughts though. (Bare in mind I don’t have a YT channel myself) 
 
1. I think showcasing leveling up would be helpful especially for others who may not know the best ways to do so, so it might help them with their own playthroughs. 
 
2. I also think it would be a good idea to do tournaments and challenges, similar to the previous answer it could be helpful to others especially since there are some trophies associated with them. Additionally you can get better equips and it’s a good way to level up characters which might help you later down the line in the games. 
 
3. I would probably play BBS with KHDR and KHUX, if only because the mobile games’ story lines can sometimes be spread far apart with Disney world filler in between, so it could get boring from that perspective. 
 
So yeah that’s my opinion, I realize by answering yes to all of these that’s probably more work for you, but like I said before it ultimately comes down to what you think will be best for your channel and the audience who follows you.

It's nice to return here after I have been "Missing" for almost a year and 2 months. I can explain why I was missing back then and can return here. It'll be long, so you have better be prepared.
 
The first reason was, somehow, I couldn't connect my Facebook account to KH13.com. I always log in using my Facebook account to this forum, I didn't know why, a year ago, seemed the connection between Facebook and KH13.com was in trouble. And somehow, Administrator team have solved the problem and now I can log in here using my Facebook account! Well done guys!
 
Second, well, I had problem with my best friend, who is KH fans and also my ex partner aka co-worker. I don't think it's wise idea to tell the full story here. The main point is we had a trouble each other back then, and she decided to cut my friendship with her and also our partnership in works by herself. Yeah, of course, it's sad to lose someone like her, who have been friending me like sisters (I won't mention her since she's also a member here). It caused great impact towards my interest to Kingdom Hearts, so I stayed away from KH for a while till I completely moved on from my problems. (if this user is still here and active here, sorry If I have mentioned you once again after a year you unfriended me, just think me as outsiders, and I don't know you.)
 
Third, Well, aside Kingdom Hearts, I also played Final Fantasy XV a lot. So this series, took me away from KH for a while, and good reason to make me move on from my problems back then.

Talk about missed... maybe a lot of KH updates, since I was focusing on Final Fantasy XV. and also new members here. 
 
Talk about What I have done... Well, not special, and yeah I have made some changes.
 
I have had quit from Cosplay world, since I want to do something else for better future of my family line. In the other words, I decide to quit since I want to do serious relationship with a man, and get married soon, since I'm almost Quarter of Century. And.... Here's the news guys, now I'm currently in relationship with a man, who is also Kingdom Hearts fans and a new partner or co-worker of me (you can see the pic of me and him at my Facebook Profile Picture)

Well it was confirmed long ago that the voice for the tutorial in KH1 was Mickey, also, on the Final Mix version there are Riku scenes included from the start where he arrives at Hollow Bastion to the point where he is cast to the Realm of Darkness due to Ansem's possesion. At that point Riku is regretting his actions and asking for his friends forgiveness and very much like Aqua he stays on his feet saying he needs to see them one more time IT'S THEN that Mickey's voice appears and guides Riku telling him he needs his help with closing the Door to Darkness A.K.A. Kingdom Hearts to which Riku agrees since he can feel Sora's and Kairi's hearts and now knows they're OK.
 
With this in mind now you know why Riku goes there, although it's never specified how Mickey knows about these two friends. As you said it's possible that Yen Sid prepared Mickey beforehand telling him about what these two boys would become and how he would need to help them from the dark realm.
 
EDIT: So the reply before me explains the point of how Mickey knows about these two. He was kinda stalking them behind the scenes :v

Yeah, pretty much as the other members have mentioned, Mickey already had some pre-ordained knowledge of Sora and Riku. Just because he was off doing his own thing didn't mean that he didn't know what was going on in the other worlds, ya know? He is, after all, a very powerful Keyblade Wielder and a king, so I would figure it's his job to keep tabs on certain things, ya know? And like stated in the comments above, he was working behind the scenes, and so he knew of the two, that Sora was helping to keep order in the worlds, while Riku helped him out in the end to close the Door To Darkness.
