With the soon-to-launch Union Cross update for the global version of Kingdom Hearts Unchained X, the game’s community is seeking to unite in kind with Evangelkaltz bringing together a collaboration of high-profile individuals in the game’s ecosystem, including:
 
Independent content creators and streamers, including Lightkeeper L, a global & JP player who is well known for his contribution to the community with his videos explaining the scoring process of the High Score Challenges and how to maximize score; and byMedalCore, a streamer who has been a community favorite.  
Free-to-Play representatives, such as SmellyOctopus, sharing tips and tricks that for similar players to overcome difficult content within the game.   
High-revenue players, from top parties throughout all five unions, including but not limited to Blank, a member of “Fairy Tail”, the top Anguis party; Link, leader of Unicornis's top “Omega” party; and Riku, a member of “Dandelions”, the top Vulpes party.
Others from throughout the community not named here have also gathered to provide their insight and input to building a closer relationship in communicating with Square Enix, for the sake of building a stronger Kingdom Hearts Union X [Cross] experience for everyone. 3 New Epic Medal Carnivals featuring Illustrated Kairi, Illustrated Sora and Illustrated Riku will begin on Oct. 28th until Nov. 10th at 11:59 PM PT. This deal guarantees you at least 2 Epic Medals as well as at least one new Medal! An Illustrated Kairi is also guaranteed after 10 pulls. As with pulls including Illustrated medals in the past, there's a chance to get a rare version of the medal with 1,000 more base strength than the standard version.
 
If you manage to unlock the Special Attack Bonus for Illustrated Kairi, Illustrated Sora, or Illustrated Riku before the end of the Epic Medal Carnival, you will also receive an exclusive Sora & Riku & Kairi medal as a bonus! This mdeal will have its Special Attack already strengthened to 2 dots. You will be able to get this medal up to 3 times total, depending on how many of the three Illustrated Sora, Riku, and Kairi medals you own. This bonus medal will be sent at a later time. Next up is the Last Halloween Challenge, lasting from Oct. 28th until Oct. 31st at 11:59 PM PT. Test your strength against a level 500 Swaying Spook and get rewarded with a Magic Gem and Magic Mirror! 
 
Lastly is a notice regarding the High Score Challenge. The parameters for the Jack & Sally Medal were listed incorrectly in the notice. The KHUX team is currently determining how to appropriately compensate affected users. More information will be coming in the near future.

A new Epic medal Carnival featuring Boss Marluxia and Illustrated Ansem Seeker of Darkness will begin tonight alongside a new High Score Challenge at 12 AM PT and will be available until 11:59 PM PT on September 22nd! Also, if you're lucky enough to draw either of those medals, you will also be sent a bonus Roxas & Axel & Xion medal! Note that you will only receive one of these medals despite the number of Illustrated Ansem or Boss Marluxia medals you have and the distribution date is currently only listed as "at a later date".

A new High Score Challenge is taking place from September 16th until 11:59 PM PT September 22nd, with the ATK Boost II and Lux Plus skills as some of the major rewards! Update:    A Story Quest Progress campaign has been announced, also taking place from September 5th until 11:59 PM PT on September 11th, 2016. All players who reach quest 200 will receive 600 jewels as a reward. Jewels will be distributed on September 13th.    Divine Rose Adamantite Ore Challenge quests have also been added.   The original post follows below:     
   
A new raid event will begin September 5th, 2016 at 12AM PT and end September 11th at 11:59 PM PT! This event will feature two school uniform avatar boards as well as a bonus board where you can use Raid Coins to earn various prizes.
 
Bonus hours (in PT) for the event are: 2 AM-3 AM, 8 AM-9 AM, 2 PM-3 PM, 8 PM-9 PM.
 
Bonus hours will yield more Raid Coins, two times the Lux, and half AP. Coordinate with your party to score high!
 
Special Class President avatar parts will be rewarded to players who rank in the top 10,000 of the weekly party ranking and many medals for players in the weekly solo ranking. Those who rank in the top 300 will be rewarded with Class President: Glasses which have a Raid Boss perk of +5.
