Nahara Vol.5 reacted to Darkfire1408 in Kairi knows what happened to Sora in Castle Oblivion!
Don't know why I didn't pick it up until this playthrough, but as Kairi was explaining that Namine's life was hers and she had no right to take those feelings and experiences back, it clicked. Just like how Sora has all of Roxas's memories, Kairi has Namine's. So, even though Sora still doesn't remember anything, Kairi remembers it all. For some reason she decided not to tell him. Maybe she didn't have time between KH2 and DDD. Maybe it was just like a week or two to relax, and then right back at it.

    Indeed!
You see, this is the reason why I didn't want to provide my interpretation first. Yours seems to be the most common (I've heard other people expressing it in the comments of the video I posted) and it totally makes sense, I can easily see this plot point being brought back in a future game.
But the impression I got from this scene was the exact opposite
I think that Luxu was the only one among the Foretellers who was never granted a Keyblade of his own (which may be the reason why he was never granted a Mask and his own Union) and he only temporarily carried No Name which wasn't his at all, just like Sora originally carried the Keyblade that was meant for Riku for a bit. The difference between him and Sora is that, later on, the Keyblade DID chose Sora while Luxu never got the chance to prove himself worthy of No Name... until the epilogue of KH3, that is. And even that is up to debate, if you ask me.
I personally don't feel that Luxu thinks that the Foretellers were "weak" for turning against each other (he too took an active part in it, provoking Ava) and probably considers it a necessary evil. In order to carry on the Master's plan, whatever it may be, the established order had to fall apart and Luxu had to leave his companions behind (In Back Cover, he asks MoM if he really needs to go alone, clearly wishing he didn't have to). What I'm saying is that, in Sora, he sees not his opposite but someone who is extremely similar to him. Someone "unworthy" who became important thanks to the part he was allowed to play in the bigger picture, assisting those that were actually chosen.
Hence why, when defeated, he is aware that the only reason why Sora could beat him was that in that moment he didn't have neither his Keyblade nor his old companions by his side.
And now... ooh boy, how the tides have changed!

I think they will change his personality a bit, while keeping all the sass ?
After all, he openly admits in the secret reports that he was playing the part of a 'fool' but even when we had no idea who he really was there were moments in which Xigbar showed  he had a kinder side (I love that he acts almost as Roxas and Demyx's grumpy uncle in Days XD) that now can be easily traced back to his original self, as the bashful and polite apprentice we saw in Back Cover. After all, a similar thing is probably going to happen to Marluxia and Larxene that will most likely get on the side of good once after being 2 of the most cruel members of the organization for so long. Luxu calls the Foretellers his companions and seems to be sincerely devoted to the cause, whatever MoM's plan will end up being. I honestly don't see him going against his Master's plan unless it turns out to be something so sick and insane that not even Luxu can stomach it. Ava surely couldn't :<
In the end, I just think it would be really cool if Sora's enemies could rely on their own version of the Power of Friendship™ for once! Give the Foretellers the ultimate anime power! XD

Oh hey, I've thought about this!
Luxu spent like a thousand years relying only on himself. It might have been something the MoM taught him, or it might have been something he came to believe along the way, but I think he thinks that you only need yourself to be strong. As a result, he believes that only someone who possesses individual strength is deserving of the keyblade.
Sora doesn't seem to take pride in his own strength, though. He's the total opposite. Even if he were weak and worthless on his own, he trusts in his friends to support him. After seeing the way the Foretellers utterly fell apart and didn't work together, it's likely that Xigbar doesn't see "friends" as a source of strength at all. The fact that Sora takes pride in something that Xigbar sees as a weakness is the thing that makes him react so strongly here.

I was replaying DDD and when this scene came up I couldn't help but notice that Sora's 'friendship speech' triggers a really strong reaction in Xigbar (Luxu). He heard our protagonist say stuff like this multiple times in the past but something in this particular statement really gets to him for some reason. I have a couple of theories about why this may be, but I'd like to hear yours first in order not to influence your answers with my own speculation.

Blue Rays are bigger than you think. To the point that most companies don't even remove unused/cut stuff from them because there's so much space in there it's just more convenient to leave it in.
Disc space limitations are in the past, and with day one patches now being the norm the problem doesn't subsist at all.

I really don’t get Nomura’s argument that there were too many other characters to focus on. Just treat the FF characters as if they were Disney characters. We didn’t need to have Elsa, Hercules, or Woody in the game either.

    Hello there!
My relationship with the KH series has always been a weird one. I was a Final Fantasy fan who also happened to really love the Nightmare Before Christmas above all other Disney properties and who got interested in checking out the first KH game only after a friend told me that my favourite movie (and a property that, at the time, didn't get the love it does nowadays. There was no Jack Skellington merchandise to be found and VHS weren't that easy to come by either compared to those of other Disney movies) was in it.
    At first I didn't care much for the overarching story and lots of things went over my head but as I grew up and had the chance to revisit the games I began to really appreciate the artistry and themes of this peculiar videogame franchise. I sadly couldn't play all the installments but I kept myself updated as far as the lore and story progression were concerned thanks to youtube videos and articles. Now I am in the process of replaying the entire series, including the games I previously missed, before I jump straight into KH3! I am excited, I am having lots of fun and the FEELS are slowly killing me! ;A;
So, uhm, my favorite character is angry best boy Roxas closely followed by Xigbar and the Master of Masters, who I like to call "the best thing that happened to KH since rotating the camera with the right analog stick" XD My keyblade of choice is and always will be the sleek Pumpkinhead while my favorite world is Traverse Town, which I find really nostalgic and welcoming, featuring one of my absolute favourite music themes in gaming and one that I find myself humming all the time.
I also play UnionX and I am in the Anguis Union!
Can't wait to fangirl with you guys here on KH13!

Days to me felt like one of those games with really cool ideas and lots of wasted potential so it would be pretty dope to see Square give it another chance on a platform that is not as limiting as the DS.
But in all honesty I feel like the game that really needs to get remake/revamp asap is UnionX. If they want its story to be relevant to the next saga, they cannot keep it in a mobile game. It's the same thing they did with FFXV's anime episodes and the movie and I pray they don't make the same mistake here.

Nahara Vol.5 reacted to dabestgamer in Why do people hate Kingdom Hearts 3D?
Off the top of my head, the reasons people dislike it include but are not limited to:
    Story standpoint:
    - time travel as a major series plot point (as opposed to it being contained in a single world's plot)
    - "Why can't people that die just stay dead?"
    - more "everybody gets a Keyblade"
    Characters:
    - "Why is Sora so DUMB?"
    Gameplay:
    - having to take care of Dream Eaters, especially for Abilities
    - balance

These are the handful of reasons I've seen people dislike it.
