Hi everyone, I just joined the site. I've been lurking here for I'd say about 2 years and have come to rely on this site for updates, news, etc. I really like this community and hope to stick around for a while. As for my question, it's about Re: Chain of Memories soundtrack. I tried searching for information myself but couldn't find any conclusive answers. As far as I know, Lord of the Castle was said to be the only reorchestrated track for Re: CoM (I have yet to hear it). Was it ever mentioned if other select tracks were reorchestrated as well? I may be crazy but I am almost certain that Forgotten Challenge (the battle theme for the 13th floor) was either enhanced, remixed, or remastered. I listened to the 2008 version and the seemingly different 2013 version on YouTube and concluded that there are differences. I'm confused because I've seen it mentioned several times that only Lord of the Castle got the reorchestration treatment. Can anyone confirm whether other tracks were indeed redone for the 1.5 HD Remix? By the way, I instantly heard what I perceived to be differences in Forgotten Challenge when I first heard the theme while playing the game.

No fandom is perfect. There are always those people. There are always characteristics of a fandom that make you have a love/hate relationship with it. There are those things. So, what we're gonna do today is talk about things we hate in this fandom. I'll start. I hate how there is a large section of the fandom who hasn't even played any of the KH games, or even touched a video game in general, yet they act like they know what they are talking about when it comes to the story and characters. So, yesterday a KH 1.5 speedrunner named BlazeingPheoinix found a glitch where if you press Square and a Reaction Command (Triangle) at the exact same time Sora will infinitely Guard or Dodge Roll depending on what abilities you've equipped. This may sound useless but you can use this glitch to get out of bounds on a number of areas like Agrabah, Hollow Bastion and Deep Jungle. This also causes a thing called "storage" where you can move around with text on your screen. The storage can cause to game to be weird like repeating cutscene animations (like GIFS). It can do plenty of more of the text "storage'" glitches but that would be a very long list. It is a pretty cool glitch and it is pretty easy. It probably has more potential and this step 1 on the path to breaking 1.5. Oh and BTW it only works in KH1FMHD...there is no video of it too yet.

Hi all! As I now fully made up my mind to platinum Re:CoM, I am attempting to unlock the Undefeated trophy(Not pressing continue after you die) in it now. So far I have only completed 1 playthrough of Sora's on Standard difficulty. On what playthrough (Sora's or Riku) should I go for the trophy Undefeated. Also on what difficulty? On beginner difficulty of Sora's playthrough or on standard/beginner difficulty of Riku's playthrough? Any tips for the this trophy would be great... Thanks

After completing everything to do in Gummi Ships in Final Mix, I have come to realize that gummi ships are extremely fun. With customization and missions, the gummi ship portion can keep you entertained for hours. I often hear complaints about how it is boring and unnecessary. That is because you get however much you put into it. It's actually great in terms of game design and can be really challenging. It's great to add to your gummi ship and make missions easier. There a lot of things done right with gummi ships. In terms of story, I think it works great. Traveling between worlds isn't a picnic. It's a life and death struggle every time you travel between worlds. And when you get the warp gummi, you feel extremely relieved. You actually feel what the characters would be feeling. I'm having a hard time putting it into words, but pease feel free to challenge me so we can discuss gummi ships. I think it is a great part of Kingdom Hearts. What do you think?

Im going to do more stuff like this in the future so your input will help me come up with stuff even better than this but i personally think its amazing i just wonder how you all think i can improve on this.

This is another fanmade drawing of Riku from the Kingdom Hearts series. Originally it was meant to look like KH2 Riku with short hair, similar to how he appears in certain scenes in KH3D. However, every time I drew his face it ended up looking like his KH1 version. The clothing is sort of a mix between his KH1 attire and his KH3D attire. I started drawing this on paper some time during the end of March I believe it was. Redrew the lines in Flash, transferred it to Photoshop and added some basic colors. I then took a break and finished the coloring yesterday. I create the line-art in Flash because to me that's easier than doing so in Photoshop. At least until I get better at drawing with a tablet. The lighting is kind of off here and there, and probably could have added more shadows to certain areas, but all in all, I think it turned out good.© Riku is copyrighted to Disney and Square Enix. and I got it down to a sliver of health and then the Ice Titan just stood there and didn't attack so I couldn't attack it because it wouldn't lower its head and that was that it had to be one of the most frustrating things that ever happened to me did this happen to anyone else -
So we all know what the χ-blade looks like, right? He's a refresher in case people have forgotten: Now check this out: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keys_of_Heaven Do you think this was an intentional implementation on Nomura's part? Was it to create some kind of symbolism? Because we are all familiar with the powers that the χ-blade holds, aren't we? I can see it bearing some similarities with what has been said in this article. Kingdom Hearts is full of light, and heaven is too. Again, did Nomura design the χ-blade specifically like this to create some meaning? I'm not Christian but I still find this fascinating. What are your thoughts on this? Peace!

I can't help it, I will never love a game as much as 358/2 Days.I know a lot of people think it's one of the most boring and repetitive games, but it's my all time favorite.358/2 Days just has this special place in my heart. I love the happy days where everything is just going fine and you really take your place within the organization, and I love the days where you dive deeper into the story of Xion and Roxas which builds up to this huge climax.I just love it all!! and I had to post it, I was re-watching some HD cutscenes of the game and I really got this feeling, and it's that feeling only this game can give me.Now I know we all love Kingdom Hearts so this is the one place where no one would bother me posting this, so here I go.- 21 replies

Can anyone please help me out ?! I'm finally gonna get my ps3 repaired after almost a year and I missed out on the 1.5 remix launch because I thought I was just gonna wait to save up for a ps4 and yeah... Changed my mind now .... So anyways I desperately want the dynamic theme that came with the preorder and I've heard you could buy it on the playstation store but I can't find it when looking online ! Am I just searching wrong or is there a way to just download it onto a USB and manually load it onto the ps3? Please any help will be much appreciated

When playing through Halloween Town, I remembered the old glitch that would make it impossible to get to one trinity mark if you didn't get it before defeating Oogie's Manor. Since I didn't have Goofy in my party (And I forgot about it when I loaded my save again after fighting Lock, Shock, and Barrel), I shrugged it off and decided I'd get it afterwards, since I heard that 1.5 moves it to the ruins. However, I can't seem to find it anywhere. Is anyone able to help me out with it?
