    Dandelion Keyblades

Custom Keyblades for the newly appointed Union Leaders in Kingdom Hearts Union X. *These designs were purely made out of speculations and aesthetics of each Union Leader and not to be taken as actual material. Ephemera (Starbright) Actually a refinement of the usual Starlight Keyblade seen in the game, it was repurposed to resemble the one Sora wields in Kingdom Hearts 3. Skuld (Three Fates) Designed according to her namesake, being one of the three Fates (or Norn as you prefer) alongside Wyrd and Verdandi. The three streaks of red line represent the thread of fate that the Norn twines; past, present and future. Ventus (Wayward Star) Heavily derived from the Wayward Wind in Birth by Sleep. You know what, I seriously ain't got a clue anymore. Blaine (Fourth Enigma) Ain't got a clue on this one either. Peeps mentioned on how this Blaine fellow resembles Ienzo/Zexion from the past KH games, so his Keyblade was derived from his Book of Retribution in a way. Strelitzia (Paradise Glimpse) Designed after the Bird of Paradise flower as according to Strelitzia's namesake. In addition having bird-like features.

© Fanmade designs by me @ExusiaSword.

  3. As of August 10th at 15:00 JST, ten new story quests have been added to the Japanese version of Kingdom Hearts Union χ[cross]. These quests focus on a trip to the beach with the player and their friends and include the reveal of the anticipated fifth Union Leader--a girl, Strelitzia, whose fate has begun to move. Footage and translations will be made available as soon as possible. 4. Hey there, everyone! It's me, Veemon, and I'm finally back, to kick, some, tail! with a brand new game! The objective of the game is for everyone to work together to name as many DIFFERENT characters from the Kingdom Hearts series as we can! From main characters, to heartless, nobodies, unversed, dream eaters, Disney characters, everyone that has appeared in Kingdom Hearts in some way. (This is excluding certain characters that only appeared on things such as the Chocobo on the Metal Chocobo keyblade, etc.) To keep it fair for everyone, and to make the game last the longest, let's limit it to one character per post. Also, if possible, try to avoid repeating characters, since the goal is to name as many different characters as we can. Let me start it off with our main character... Sora! Rock on!
  5. A Kingdom Hearts III feature will be included in the upcoming Weekly Famitsu issue, and earlier today, Esoteru posted a summary of its highlights online. Since then, more leaks have released from Hachima. Some parts of this have already been covered in the aforementioned highlights summary, but now, we have the information in more detail and new information as well. Check out the first half, translated by Katie Armstrong, below: Tetsuya Nomura would like for you to wait for the next report, which will be some time in 2018. There was some last-minute post-editing on the D23 and the Orchestral Concert PVs; Nomura wanted to tie things back to something with the word "dive," thinking back to the original concept of KH. There were some strong feelings about the Toy Story world, because Nomura wanted to include it in KH2. Nomura's been negotiating for it since the first KH game. He met with John Lasseter when he came to Japan and told him about every element he wanted to include. The Toy Story world does not take place during the original story, but picks up somewhere after Toy Story 2 and is consistent with the timeline of the movies. This isn’t in the PV, but there is a scene where Sora is mistaken for an action figure of a game character by Rex. Sora and company’s Toy Story world looks were designed by art directors who interacted to combine designs; the first team’s design was similar to action figures while the other group tried to match the aesthetic of Toy Story. The two had to come together and discuss and convince one another to arrive at the final design. The staff was surprised at how easy it was to reproduce the graphic appearance of the original films. The looks of other worlds and gimmicks and such have been difficult for this game. The Toy Story world’s percentage [of completeness] and quality was high enough to be seen earlier, but based on our PR plans it wasn’t shown until now. When they announced the Big Hero 6 world, Nomura could only show one illustration because it was a somewhat sudden request, so this time Nomura wanted to show video. Production on the Big Hero 6 world is going well, though the matter of the last selected world is still ahead of them. Multiple battle commands are displayed in the PV because there is always a choice in what to do in battle, there’s some tactical fun in assembling combos of your choosing. It might seem tough, but I want to reassure you that you can pull off some fancy techniques with the right button combinations. Check out the second half, translated by News Team member Dengojin, below:Each world will have it's own guest party members and they will have their unique collaboration commands, since it is a new system it will be introduced in details later. Riding a robot to fight was an early idea sent at the beginning of the development to the dev team, each floor of the toy shop will have it's own gimmick. The toy shop will be the main area in the Toy Story world you can enjoy other gimmicks with various toys sold there. There is surprise in the future.* The world where Young Eraqus and Xehanort is an original world. Also he mentions that KH3 will have less Disney worlds than KH2 in numbers, but they will be richer and more playable. There are so many characters, so the story is dark and he is not planning it to end it all at once. Each character story must be settled. This will involve members from the former Organization XIII. Nomura is not directing anything else beside the announced titles, but he is involved with many. Kingdom Hearts Union χ[cross] fifth Union leader chapter has been written and it will be released early August. Nomura would like to give us more information about Kingdom Hearts III battle later. *Pretty vague, maybe referring to the Toy Story world to be full of surprises? Toy Story is the latest world revealed for Kingdom Hearts III through the trailer unveiled last week at the D23 Expo in Anaheim. The Weekly Famitsu feature, which will recap the event and include an interview with Tetsuya Nomura, will be published on July 20 in Japan. Stay tuned with us for updates and translations! UPDATE 1: The Weekly Famitsu issue has been released! Check out full scans of it, as well as full translations, here. Click here to view the article

    Top of my KHUX party!

Top 5 players in my Unicornis KHUX party "Unicornorts" the June Crown Week - also the Top 500 players in all of Unicornis! (Of course we were actually in gaudy skill perk outfits all week, not these.) Our final Party Rank this week was #33 last night. Minimum LUX this Crown Week for everyone in the party was 100 million. (Honorable mention to Cress, in 6th place. We all super, super appreciated your KH 0.2 Aqua medal!) (( I would like to add that I have only 172 Nova, and at least three fourths of the party has better than I do - I consider myself F2P, spending basically only the jewels the game has given me for free - other than a draw early on. Having a nearly full party who smacks on their LUX Up button during the same time each day so our boost skyrockets up to and sometimes even over 100% really helps. On a lucky run I can even get 6 million LUX per level 99 Raid Boss! )) We occasionally have party openings so if you’re serious about getting LUX during Crown Weeks, get in touch: via Tumblr - This is THE best way to contact, since it goes through my party leader instead of me. Use the Tumblr messenger, not the Ask system - otherwise your request could get lost and we do not accept anons. Please send us the requested form info or a Discord handle! via KH13 - Send me a message directly and/or see this thread. I will usually check back here during Crown Week if we have an opening to fill. via Discord - You can also contact me directly on KH13 for my Discord handle! We require you to have Discord so we can communicate our party medals, LUX minimums for crown week, and multiplayer hangout sessions. We're a fun bunch and we don't bite, promise. Discord is free to install, can also be used directly from the browser, and even has a mobile app.

  17. I'll explain the Sleeping Worlds/the realm of sleep. (This is a part of my "Explained" series of posts. To view my "Time Travel Explained" post, click here, to view my "Heartless, Nobodies, Unversed, and Dream Eaters Explained" post, click here, and to view my "The Braig/Xigbar Situation Explained" post, click here.) All the "realm of sleep" is, is dreams. Worlds can dream and people can dream. When a world falls to darkness/goes to the Realm of Darkness, they also fall asleep and they dream. The worlds we go to in Dream Drop Distance are dreams of worlds that were freed from darkness, but were not freed from their sleep. Yen Sid sent Sora and Riku back in time to Destiny Islands before it fell to darkness, so that they could sort of "ride" Destiny Islands into darkness, therefore ride it into sleep. Once they rode it into sleep and fell asleep, they unknowingly opened the first Sleeping Keyhole and were transported to the next Sleeping World/the first Sleeping World from the present-day that they need to save. When this happened, Riku unknowingly dove into Sora's dreams and became a Spirit Dream Eater to protect him from Nightmares. So, throughout the game, Sora is in the dreams of the worlds that fell to darkness, but didn't wake from their sleep, and Riku is in Sora's dreams. Things change when they get to The World That Never Was though. The World That Never Was is not a Sleeping World. It's a real world in the Realm Between. There's a cutscene where Yen Sid says that Sora and Riku will eventually end up out of the Sleeping Worlds and into a world that's in the Realm Between. That world was The World That Never Was. It's not a Sleeping World, but when Riku arrived there, he was still in the realm of sleep since he was still in Sora's dreams and has been the whole journey. After Riku defeats Ansem, Seeker of Darkness, he's brought back to the real world and out of the realm of sleep. When Sora arrived at The World That Never Was, he was in the real world and out of the dream. But, Young Xehanort dragged Sora back into the realm of sleep, but this time, he dragged Sora into Sora's own dreams instead of the world's dreams. Then, Xigbar dragged Sora into a second sleep. So, Sora's sleeping body was in Sora's own dreams which is why Riku saw it before he fought Anti Black Coat. Anyways, after Young Xehanort successfully puts Sora into a weird sleep coma by dragging him further and further into dreams, he brings him back to the real world and places him on one of the Organization XIII thrones. Riku still had his Dream Eaters and his Dream Eater powers in the real world of The World That Never Was because Sora was still asleep. He still had a weird Dream Eater connection to him. Nomura said The Mysterious Tower drifts around and doesn't stay in the same place. The Mysterious Tower used to be a part of a world called Symphony of Sorcery. It's drifted away from that world a long time ago though. The world "Symphony of Sorcery" is a Sleeping World. The reason The Mysterious Tower shows up in that world is because the dream is filling in the gaps, just like it fills in the gaps with characters. The Grid is a digital world inside of a computer in a world that we don't know the name of. The world that Sam Flynn is from. Just like how Space Paranoids is a digital world inside of a computer in Radiant Garden. Space Paranoids is a copy of The Grid made by Ansem the Wise. The reason Space Paranoids looks so different than The Grid though is because he copied it a long time ago. Space Paranoids is what The Grid used to look like. The Grid is not a Sleeping World, but the world it's attached to/the world it's a computer on, is a Sleeping World. Which is why Dream Eaters show up there. Country of the Musketeers is simply a world Mickey, Donald, and Goofy traveled to on their adventures. Minnie used to be a resident there, and she later moved to Disney Town to be with Mickey. Also, the Robed Figure was there on Destiny Islands in the first Kingdom Hearts so that he could mark the time traveling Sora with the Recusant's Sigil and so that Young Xehanort can time travel to where the Robed Figure is and follow Sora and Riku into the realm of sleep. So, now that Sora was marked with the Recusant's Sigil and now that Young Xehanort was in the same time period as Sora, he was able to teleport to wherever he was. Oh, and we now know that the official name for the realm of sleep is "Unchained." In Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, it was called many different things, it seemed to not have an official name. It was actually called "the realm of sleep" only once. So, yeah, it's the "Unchained" realm.
