  1. Well its been awhile KH13! I am returning with a new account and some new sketches! 1- Roxas 2- Sora (KHIII) 3- Guy from KHUx
  2. Quick question: Is the Kingdom Hearts manga canon? Because after reading some of manga, Vexen somehow lived after Chains of memories and left the organisation. (As showed here) Him being alive might affect Kingdom Hearts 3 in someway. (Vexen as a supporting character?)
  3. http://www.shonengamez.com/2015/05/16/dragon-ball-super-to-get-a-manga-adaptation-as-well/ That's right. Alongside the new DragonBall anime coming up in July will be a manga adaption of the same name. The manga is being handled by Akira Toriyama alongside Toyotaro, the artist behind DragonBall Heroes: Victory Mission and the DragonBall Z: Resurrection 'F' manga adaption. Now, adapting an anime into a manga and vice-versa is not a new idea, especially not for DragonBall's demographic, but it appears the manga is reportedly going to release at the time as the anime will be airing on television. It is going to be a straight adaption? Or maybe it'll cover events not going to be shown in the anime? I personally don't have the answer, but I am excited/interested none-the-less.
  4. A simple banner I made, to highlight some of the similarities between Kairi and Naminé that I just noticed in the mangas:)
  5. This is the first of many others to come. I made this in 2007. I accidentally added Papuwa and Pani Poni Dash, but they are licenced by Square-Enix as well. I also added Elfen Lied's Lucy on the pic just for the heck of it, she really was a sad character that deserved a happy ending. As you can see, many characters, including heroes and villains from Kingdom Hearts, Fullmetal Alchemist, Disney and Final Fantasy, are on this picture. I hope you all love it.

© Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Papuwa, Pani Poni Dash, Dragon Quest and Fullmetal Alchemist are licensed by Square-Enix. The secondary licenses for these franchises are Disney (Kingdom Hearts), Anime Network, Nippon Animation, TV Asahi (Papuwa), Gansis, S

  6. The characters will stay in their normal attire until near the end of Disc 2, where they'll (possibly) change into this. Main/Playable Characters ~ Edward, Sora, Alphonse, Kairi and Lan Fan.

© Kingdom Hearts and Fullmetal Alchemist are both licensed by Square-Enix. The secondary licenses for both franchises are Disney (Kingdom Hearts), Aniplex, Bones Inc., and Funimation (Fullmetal Alchemist).

  7. Two powerful titans will have the honor of facing one another in the near future...

  8. Ian Manning

    Maka Albarn (puppy)

She's Sora's adopted puppy he found on the streets.

© Kingdom Hearts and Soul Eater are both licensed by Square-Enix. The secondary licenses for both franchises are Disney (Kingdom Hearts), Aniplex, Bones Inc., and Funimation (Soul Eater).

  9. I'm planning on introducing Anti-Sora in the story in the future, so stay tuned to Fullmetal Kingdom until then.

  10. To signify Xehanort's dedication to Father, he bonded Saix's body with what remained of Envy after he was defeated by Marcoh and the Chimera traitors in Briggs. Now that the two became one, Father gave them a small fragment of the Gate to use as a weapon, hence the Keyblade's arch enemy, the Gatesword. With it, Envaix could summon anything he wanted from the Gate of Truth, including the Unversed! He will appear soon in Fullmetal Kingdom.

  11. This was a type of character I wanted to see in Kingdom Hearts AND Fullmetal Alchemist. His strength and alchemy seem to be his greatest weapon, but his greatest is actually his own mind. If anyone likes Lex Luthor, Magneto, and Batman, hopefully, they'll love Crimson.

  12. According the author of the manga, Shiro Amano from his twitter account, the current manga adaption of the series Kingdom Hearts II is now just three chapters to finally end! This saga started quite many years ago, but it was halfway halted in sake of 358/2 manga adaption, only resuming it continuation after completion. It's not that surprising to end this soon as the latest chapter eliminated Saix and Luxord (killed by Sora and Riku respectively), leaving Xemnas the very last member remaining, currently dealing with his past teacher, Ansem the Wise (like in the game). So far Shiro Amano made a manga adaption of Kingdom Hearts first game, Chain of Memories, 358/2 Days and now it's concluding the longest saga so far, Kingdom Hearts II. It's unknown which saga will be next, as the author is yet to state if he will even keep working for the series, but Birth by Sleep or Dream Drop Distance are the current biggest bets.
  13. Square Enix has updated their online store with a full version of the cover: The manga is being sold for 453円($3.82 USD, $4.87 AUS and €3.34 EUR)
  14. YOOOO!!!!! I can't believe this game is releasing outside of Japan! I can wait!!!
  15. It's trash. It's complete trash. Okay, it's not trash. I still don't like it though. So yeah, this is me, throwing it out there, because I feel like I am the only one who thinks this. But if you feel like I do, then please say so. That way I don't have to feel so alone. As for the rest of you: well, why don't you try to convince me otherwise? My main gripes are: A) the art is horrible, B) the story is full of unneeded gags and stupid shit, and C) the fights are... well, they're almost non-existent. Your move.
  16. The title is not wrong. Bravely Default has been confirm to become a manga (or comic) I found this last night after Nintendo Direct (Majora's Mask 3D Hype!) but i went to bed after that, so that's why i'm saying this now. Here is the cover. http://eku53ru.tumblr.com/post/101798049107/ You can read it here http://auncyen.tumblr.com/post/101867773650/japanese3ds-more-bravely-default-manga-from There is a small change which is pretty cool (Tiz being Naruto lol) i like no love to see how it will all go. I HYPE FOR THIS!!!!!!! ALL ABOARD THE HYPE TRAIN!!!!!!!
  17. Hey guys, have you ever read or buy some KH manga, and how do you find them? ( for my part i have the complete KH 358/2 days manga collections and it's simply as perfect as the game, the end is just perfect)
  18. Doesn't matter how much we shit on them. In a fight, we'd all lose.
  19. Well, this is a first. I'm actually making a thread about a series that I've finished. But yeah, I just got done with the anime, so I decided to make a thread for it (also considering I couldn't find a thread for. For those of you who don't know, "Black Lagoon" is an anime/manga series by Rei Hiroe about a team of pirate mercenaries called the Lagoon Company, that smuggle goods in and around the seas of Southeast Asia in the early to mid 1990s, with the series also being featured in other real life countries and locations around the world. Its got lots of action, gun-slinging, gore, blood, dark themes, and overall, its a really serious and mature series. So if you're looking for something that's a little more heavy set in real life and not too silly like, say, a shonen series, then this is for you. I personally loved the anime. Studio Madhouse did a great job with the animation and the overall presentation of the story. I haven't read the manga yet, but I intend to. Also, there's this 5 episode OVA series that adapts some more story in the manga so I'm gonna check that out too. The only complaint I had with the anime is that ended after only adapting 43 chapters of the manga. To be fair, though, the ending did leave room for the series to continue, and though it might be a long shot for it to get more episodes, it's still possible. Also, I've heard from other fans that the whole "realism" vibe was ruined by a few over the top action scenes at times, but eh, this is anime. You can't expect it to be that realistic. lol I also heard them say that they like the first season better than the second because the first is a little more comedic, and while I agree that the comedy is good in this series, its not what I personally care about, so I can't really agree with that. Besides, there was more character development and serious vibes in the second season than the first, and I thought it sent the message of the show better that way. So then, if you guys are interested, check it out. All the episodes are available for dub and sub, and so is the OVA series, and you can find manga translations online for the manga. Be warned: from what I've seen, the process of releasing new chapters and volumes is very slow, so you might want to have some patience. Other than that, have a blast. Literally... t-that's a gun joke... Bang. *shoots*
  20. Wow, she was reading the Soul Eater manga! that doesn't mean sh*t! She could've thought of it for a long time!
  21. So I guess this will be kinda better if you don't have a 3DS or the game itself. I think I'm going to read it because I'm not getting the game until the price drops. The manga comes out in October, a month before the Western release. http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2014-07-24/persona-q-shadow-of-the-labyrinth-3ds-game-gets-manga-adaptation/.76995
  22. This is a little something for the shonen fans out there. Fans of the other genres can join in too, though. (If that's possible. I mean, I don't know too many battle manga or anime in the shojo genre except Sailor Moon. ) Now, we all have our favorite characters from our favorite anime or manga, and I think all of us can agree that we've thought of two different characters from two different properties duking it out to see who's better. Let's be honest, cross-overs are awesome. That being said: if you were to pick two of your favorite characters to have an old-fashioned melee, who would they be? Are there any stipulations to the fight? And what exactly is the relationship between these characters that entices you to see them fight? I have my own battles, of course, so here they are: Might Gai (Naruto) VS Alex Louis Armstrong (Fullmetal Alchemist) Both Gai and Armstrong are known to be incredibly enthusiastic and eccrentric men, and can be prone to look silly or even flat out ridiculous at times. However, don't let that fool you, these guys are BEASTS. Gai is the best taijutsu user (which in Naruto is basic hand to hand combat) in the entire world, pretty much, and he has been known to trade blows with the strongest ninja using the power of the Eight Gates, a special power that allows him to increase his speed and power through unlocking specific gates in his chakra network, and through that has mastered powerful taijutsu attacks that will WRECK YOUR SHIT. Armstrong is no slouch either. He's the best built of all the Alchemists in the Ametrisan State Army and easily the strongest in both durability and raw power. With the aid of two metal gauntlets strapped to his fists (both marked with transmutation circles), Armstrong transmutes objects mainly by punching them, and when he punches, you will FEEL IT. Stipulations: Gai can only fight hand to hand, no weapons or ninjutsu; Armstrong's moveset is purely his Alchemy so he's fine. The winner: I'll have to give it to Might Gai. The Eight Gates may have it side effects on the body, but if Might Gai uses enough power, he can one-shot Armstrong in a millsecond. Before he does though, I'm sure these two would have a sure-fire slugfest with each other before Gai uses it as a last resort. Ryuko Matoi (Kill La Kill) VS Casshern (Casshern Sins) Ryuko and Matoi are both experiments gone wrong. They were separated/abandoned by their creator; one searches for their place in life while one struggles to accept the place that they have. But through all that, they both still kick major ass. Ryuko is the protagonist of Kill La Kill, wielding the powerful Scissors Blade, a half-scissors blade that is able to cut Life Fibers, which are otherwise indestructible. and the battle outfit Senkentsu, which when activated increases her power immensely. Casshern is the protagonist of Casshern Sins, a dark gritty reboot of the classic lighthearted series Casshan, an anime that inspired the creation of Mega Man. He's a cybernetic warrior, a former assassin, and a killing machine; his speed is his biggest strength, able to zip in and out of sight faster than the eye can see, while delivering powerful and impactful strikes all the same, making it incredibly hard to even touch him. Stipulations: Ryuko can only use Senketsu and the Scissors Blade at their lowest power, and cannot use any attacks used on Life Fibers since Casshern has none. Casshern is allowed to go into his berserk mode but cannot try to disassemble Ryuko since she is not a robot. The winner: This one, I admit, is a tie for me. Yeah. They're both really strong and almost indestructible. I honestly think they'd beat the hell out of each other until they're both knocked out. Goku (DragonBall) VS Monkey D. Luffy (One Piece) Two protagonists of their own popular shonen series who share a number of traits: energy, friendliness, simple-mindedness, grit, determination, and the most notable: they're ability to eat massive amounts of food in one sitting. Goku needs no real explanation. He's f*cking Goku. He's the strongest Saiyan warrior alive, mixing in his martial arts teachings under Master Roshi in the Turtle School (with attacks like the Kamehameha), the teachings of King Kai (with attacks like the Spirit Bomb), his ability to transform into a Super Saiyan, a form that is able to increase his already great power immensely, and overall, being an ace when it comes to punching faces and kicking ass. Luffy is also one with little explanation needed: the leader of the Straw Hat Pirates, he's considering one of the most dangerous pirates alive, given his reckless nature and the power of his Devil Fruit, the Gum Gum Fruit, which has turned his entire body into rubber. This makes him insanely durable to common attacks and he is able to channel his rubberness into powerful strikes, along with the power of Second Gear, a technique that acts as a substitute for steroids essentially and increases his stats immensely. All this and more are in his ever growing amount of moves. Stipulations: Goku must stay in base form as going Super Saiyan might be too much for Luffy to handle; Luffy himself is allow to use Second Gear as it will put him and Goku essentially on equal grounds. The winner: As much as I feel like i'm playing favorites with this one, I'm going with my boy Son Goku. Even with Luffy's Second Gear, Goku is still able to get stronger when he's at near death thanks to his Saiyan genes. So even if Luffy beats him within an inch of his life, he'll still have enough gas to keep going. And Luffy is still human after all; he can be hurt by really powerful attacks. Leave your own dream battles below. NOTE: We're ONLY talking about anime and manga characters here. So no video game character, no comic book character, or anything of the sort. Strictly anime and manga only. If you go and do that anyway, well then, you're dumb.
