  1. (First time using these forums - Hi KH13 users!) Here's something I've been working on recently because I heard about this contest to win Kingdom Hearts 2.8 when it comes out. I love making music remixes/remakes, so here's one I uploaded a few hours ago  (I guess you could say: it's a remix, of a remix, of a remix, of Simple and Clean. It's quite a mouthful.)
  2. This is my entry for the giveaway. I sang "Passion" by Utada Hikaru... Yes, I did the Japanese version because I just think the lyrics are so much better and fluid this way. Instrumental here: (it is not mine) Thank you for listening, and good luck to everyone else who is entering!
  3. Hey everyone, it's your lovable Firefox here. Now, I usually do some MOTD, in which I post a song on my statuses, but the creeks been dry lately, so I'd figure I'd drop a waterfall on you. That's right, you don't get one, not two, but six (used to be ten, but ran out of time) of my favorite tracks I have on my Spotify playlist! Consider it as my Christmas gift to KH13. Anyway, let's get right to the list; Also, album names qwill be placed in () so you know what album to find it on Number 6: True Friends- Bring me the horizon (That's the spirit) Released on YouTube by BMTH's vevo , the full album was released on 2015. Its a very good song, but it has recieved controversy from those who have been listening to the bands earlier works Number 5:Numb-Fame On Fire (Linkin Park Cover) I found this one while surfing YouTube for cover songs. Was released area months ago, or 2013. Number 4: It has begun- Starset (Transmissions) Transmissions was released 2013. This song, like many others, shows that the band has an electronic rock feel. But this song stands out because of the opening. Number 3:SCAVA- Hollywood Undead (American Tragedy: Deluxe Edition) This ones a real feels maker right here. I like the poetic feel it has, very reminiscent of paradise lost (another song they made) the album was released in 2011. Number 2: Painkiller- Three Days Grace (Human) This was released on the bands YouTube channel, and the official album was released in 2015, 3 years after Adam Gontier announced his departure. Matt Walst of My Darkest Days is now the front man. As with all lists, we need to get some honorary mentions out of the way before Number one is picked, so here they are "I'm not Jesus"- Apocalyptica (Ft Corey Taylor) "Here I Am" -Asking Alexandria "Blow me Away" -Breaking Benjamin (Ft. Valora) And now, a drumroll for the number one track! Number 1: Linkin Park Melody- Chris Rolland (Ft. Zachary David and Brian Storm) This is three covers mashed into three minutes of awesome. Its basically a cake filled with icecream, and topped off with chocolate sprinkles. It was released as of 2014. Thanks for checking out my list, and be sure to to give some of the artists other material a try. Thanks for stopping bye, and rock on to 2017!

  7. Hey there everyone, Friendly Neighborhood Webhead here, and I wanted to share another of my recordings from Metallica's live concert that happened this past Wednesday, which was amazing! The song I'll show you all here is The Unforgiven, from Metallica's Black Album! Enjoy! I certainly did! :') The Unforgiven Trilogy is undoubtedly one of my favorite compilation of songs from Metallica, and when they played the first one here, I freaked out and fanboyed! (Lol, that guy shouting at the beginning was me, lol. ) I was like: "I really hope they play one of the Unforgiven songs!" and they played the first one! I was sooo frickin happy! This concert was amazing! Metallica rocked it! X_X
  8. Hey there everyone, Friendly Neighborhood Webhead here, and today, I wanted to share with you all a video of Metallica performing the song Hardwired, live, as part of their live concert that took place this Wednesday in San Juan, Puerto Rico! They started off their Hardwired tour, and I had the luck and blessing to go to the concert with my best friend/soul brother Jonathan, and we had a blast! I recorded more of the songs they performed live, but for now, this is one of the first I'll show you! Enjoy! Gahhh, the concert was such an unforgettable experience! Metallica rocked it to the max!
  9. hey guys, i'm looking for some podcasts to listen to while I'm at work. I'd like to listen to mainly gaming or comedy related podcasts on Soundcloud. I have some like GameOverGreggy/KindaFunny, ChrisCrossMedia, GamingIllumiNaughty but I'd like some more
  10. Hey everyone. The Symphonic Fantasies concert in London is coming up on the 6th of October (3 weeks today!). It will have orchestrated music from Square Enix titles such as Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy, Secret of Mana and Chrono Trigger/Chrono Cross. Definitely worth getting a ticket to see if you live in the UK! Click here for available tickets and prices! Anyway, I writing to say as well as this concert there will also be a pre-conert talk with Yoko Shimomura; the brilliant composer behind the majority of the Kingdom Hearts soundtrack and the upcoming Final Fantasy XV! She will be discussing her influences through the years as well as answer some of the audience’s questions. As I will be attending the concert and this pre-talk, I’m writing here to get some suggestions/ideas of questions to ask Yoko Shimomura, if I can get the opportunity to! I know there are obvious questions that relate to a certain upcoming title (don’t even need to mention it here on KH13!), but I’m looking for good questions about her career and work she’s done already. If a question is subtle and not too obvious about a future title (…) I could maybe use that. Anyway message your ideas and thoughts below!
  11. So, Utada's new album, "Fantôme", has just been released. I was wondering what you guys thought of it? Are there any songs on the album you'd like for KH3's theme song? For me, it would be Boukyaku or Ningyo. Of course they would have to be remixed a la "Simple And Clean" for the opening but these songs would be great for the credits. I like 'em. Boukyaku isn't very "Kingdom Hearts" lyrically though...and Utada would probably have to add verses to the song as the rapper's verse would probably be removed because they're very heavy lyrically. Furthermore, I'd be surprised if he could rap in english. You can sample the album on iTunes If you haven't already. EDIT: I sampled it a second time and now I'm really liking Kouya No Ookami too and Njikan Dake No Vacance...and Michi...so yeah, I don't know what to choose.
  12. Hey there everyone, how's it going!? So then, remember how I was talking a while back about Metallica releasing a new album this November? Well, while we wait, Metallica has uploaded another single from their album, called Moth Into Flame! You wanna get your dose of heavy metal!? Here you go! I have to say, Hardwired and Moth Into Flame sound amazing, and just imagine how the rest of the album will be! Gahhh, November 18th, come to us already! X_X
  13. This is the perfect video to show to your friends who don't know what Undertale is, or what the game's music is like. Its very grown up.
  14. I'm not really sure if this is allowed, if it's not allowed feel free to remove! Actually, some of my friends and my vocal mentor asked me to do some covers once again, so I tried with a slow song. The songs titled Encore sung by Tegoshi Yuya from NEWS JPop. Hope you like it (I did it with no BGM, since I don't have any instrumental of it and I also can't play any music instruments)
  15. Hey there everyone, how's it going!? So then, like I had mentioned some time before, Metallica, a legendary heavy metal rock band, is releasing a new album on November 18th, titled Hardwired To Self Destruct! One of the songs from the album, Hardwired, was released to the public, and today, I found this video, a compilation of the fans reactions to the song! It's an awesome video! I'm just as psyched as they are, and I can't wait for the whole album to release on November! Are you all itching to hear Metallica again? Cuz I know I am!
  16. The music in Kingdom Hearts is a big reason why I love this game series so much. If it wasn't for these awesome songs, these amazing themes that reflect the characters so perfectly, like someone turned their personality into a song, I think I wouldn't like it as much as I do. (I even listened to Lord of the Castle or Dismiss while I was in the gym ) So as the title says, what is your favorite Kingdom Hearts song? Can be a battle song, a characters theme, an opening song or whatever. (NOTE: you can post as many as you want, but if it's more than 2 try to put it in a spoiler tab) My favorite KH song, is the KH2 version of Dearly Beloved. Dearly Beloved in general is an awesome song, I would even call it a masterpiece. It's actually a simple song, the melody doesn't change too much amd is quite constant, imo. And yet, everytime I hear this song, it feels like the perfect theme for Kingdom Hearts. I don't know how Yoko Shimomura managed to do that, but Dearly Beloved is like the song version of KH
  17. Hi everyone!! I'm new, but not new to the KH Community. I been around forever, just haven't made an account until recent. I just want to share with everyone an orchestra cover that I made for Avatars Love. I was re watching the last Airbender, and felt like I had to make a cover for this soundtrack.
  18. I've been watching a certain Japanese tokusatsu drama for a while and I noted it has some really beautiful violin and string pieces. The drama itself is centered around the Violin so I'm not surprised. I thought I'd share a few with you all Piece 1: Otoya's Etude https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OooHHRdG7UU Piece 2: Kurenai Otoya https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HgVoIsf37Mc Piece 2: Kurenai Wataru, Son of Otoya https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dyuGeCnNnq0 This piece particularly reminds me of Dearly Beloved Piece 3: A tragic investigation https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1zTWmQk9_lc
  19. Hey there everyone, how's it going!? So then, as most of you may know, I love rock music, and one of my favorite bands is Metallica, one of the great legends of metal! And well, speaking of Metallica, I'm happy to present to you all this majestic video I found this morning on Youtube! IT'S A NEW SONG FROM THEM!!!!! Finally, after 8 years of waiting, Metallica shall finally bring forth their new album, Hard Wired...To Self-Destruct, coming out on November 18th of this year! The hype is soooo real! I've been listening to Metallica thanks to my best friend/soul brother Jonathan ever since my Junior High School days! And to think that Metallica shall bring forth a new album...God, that makes me so happy! So, are you Metallica fans psyched up? Cuz I know I am!
  20. In my opinion Eric Church is an amazing artist and my favorite one around! I know he is a country singer and not many people here like country music but you should really give his music a chance. I highly recommend him. His songs really speak to me and I can really relate to them. Here are some songs you should look up: Record Year Mr. Misunderstood A Man Who Was Gonna Die Young Round Here Buzz Creepin' Give Me Back My Hometown Mistress Named Music Roller Coaster Ride Longer Gone Homeboy Hungover And Hard up Lotta Boot Left To Fill Young And Wild These are just a few of the songs that I find amazing!!! Give them a chance and tell me what you think of him!
