1. Hello there guys! Your friend Balo here! So a few days ago I made a post where I shared with you sketches of the new Heartless that have appeared so far in the KH3 trailers. This Sketches capture the detail of each Heartless in order for you to check them a little bit more in detail than what you can see in the videos. So today I bring you my second post of these sketches all digitalized AND colored. Please feel free to give feedback and follow the dynamics where we can discuss the name you think the Heartless displayed will have! REMINDER: If you want to use, distribute or copy these drawings I would please just ask you to give credit to me for the sketches (NOT the Heartless or Nobody final design look). Thank you. So is game on guys! HEARTLESS NAME: Floating Seed Hope you guys like them! Don´t forget to smile! Zap!
2. I am proud to share my good friend Martin's latest video to KH13, an educational tribute to the eponymous founder of the Walt Disney Company and his most iconic character, Mickey Mouse. Please share your thoughts and impressions, and if you like what you saw feel free to recommend it to others! Enjoy!
3. Kingdom Hearts came to be by combining two great franchises together: Disney and Final Fantasy. This formula was strange and many thought it would not work. Today, 14 years later, this franchise goes on strong as one of Square Enix's most successful franchises. On this site, we all obviously talk about it and the story of this franchise. Not only that, but second in amount of conversation is Final Fantasy. After that, other video games and media are talked about. Sports and real life news events are not so commonly spoken about. What I am rather stumped is how Kingdom Hearts's other half, Disney, is not spoken about as much if at all. I mean, yes there are films mentioned here and there, but what makes Disney is the theme parks and stuff related to the parks and the original cartoons. These make up the Disney half of Kingdom Hearts. I have once posted in December Disney Christmas Music played in the parks, particularly Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World, and it was like I did it for attention; no one responded. Then, I once posted about Shanghai Disney opening in June and only one person noticed and commented. This actually worries me because as great as Kingdom Hearts is, I fear that if we don't talk about the true Disney and remind ourselves about what defines true Disney, our perception of it will be altered and we will forget. It was all started by a mouse, not a boy with a key shaped sword. I want us to incorporate into the conversation more Disney Parks and stuff related to the parks so we never forget that it was all started by a mouse. What do you all think about this? Leave your opinions below.
4. I was just thinking about if Disney castle were to return, and how it should be expanded upon. My idea would be to have the town surrounding the castle with all it's citizens. I'm not exactly sure how to describe it.
5. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OKozsJt9ntw The storyboards in this video were going to be a Disney short movie in the style of Fantasia, but alas, it never came to be (all the potential merchandising opportunities gone...) UPDATE: I just found out that this was never pitched to Disney in the first place as you have to work internally in the company to green-lit an idea... and neither creators had.

7. All that we know of Disney has originated with the original cartoons made by Walt Disney himself. Do you like watching those? I always have ever since I was young. Some actually are pretty funny.
8. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gb6emOPFbIg Here are the directors for Zootopia/Zootropolis. They've really put a lot of effort and intricacy of the movie and why they've been so successful with their movies as of late!
9. 19 YEARS OF A GREAT TIME GROWING UP WITH ANIMATION. THIS IS A POST ABOUT PIXAR'S IMPACT ON AUDIENCE SINCE THEY FIRST RELEASED TOY STORY AND THE HYPE FOR THE GOOD DINOSAUR. I hope you enjoy reading this post Did that trailer made you tear up It surely made me It was 20 years ago Pixar released their first CGI Animated Feature Toy Story 1995. And during this time I have had a great childhood growing up with animated features both from Disney Animation, Pixar Animation and other Animation companies as well. I remember watching Toy Story many times as a kid and grew beautiful nostalgia memories /my core memories/ from Toy Story 2, Monsters Inc, Finding Nemo many from Pixar like Ratatouille, all from Pixar except for Brave. Every time I watch Monsters Inc I cry it's such a nostalagic, original and touching story that I remember me as 5/6 year old child loving and wanted to re watch many times on vhs. Then one year later I was 7 and was obsessed with Finding Nemo and collected Happy Meal toys and received Finding Nemo as my first DVD. as 8 I saw Brad Bird's The Incredibles another great Pixar film that I remember me and my cousins used to play we were Dash and Violet after we had seen the film pretending we had superpowers/huh the old days. When I was 10 me and my dad had an awesome father and son friday night watching Cars in theaters. I loved the first Cars just as much as Incredibles and shared a strong bond with my father who enjoyed the movie just as much we have, and will never care about the critics. When Ratatouille came out I was 11 and once again shared a connection with my father who really liked the film's message and I loved Remy and related to him a lot even though he was a rat . Then Wall.e came when I was 12, Wall.e was a film that I watched a lot with my sister like we used to when we watched The early Toy Story films as very young children. Wall.e was definitely a cute film that I liked but was not my favourite. What I loved about the year 2009 when I became a teen was that Up came out. My parents and some friends of mine thought the character design made the movie look childish and oh boy were they wrong the film made both of my parents tear up at the opening while they first said they wouldn't even give it a try. And the rest of the film was a great adventure with my favourite Up character Dug. Being 14 was finally an age where I somehow started to be less insecure and more open to the stuff I liked and Toy Story 3 was indeed a great way to end the trilogy. The main impact on the story I understood but wasn't taken away by but I was only 14 back then and now that Im older I can more relate to Andy in Toy Story 3. And then yet again Cars 2 came out when I was 15 and I saw it again with my father and we actually enjoyed it which was all that was needed, we actually really liked how they traveled around the world. Although I would have wished they stayed with Mcqueen as the protagonist and more screen time for Sally. 16 was an age that I really enjoyed things were changing people started to treat you more like a grown up but Brave surely did not fall to my taste but luckily WDA's Wreck It Ralph came to the rescue that year. As 17 things were really changing but MU came out just at the right time in my life. The coincidence was that I happened to be the same age as Mike in MU while I was in a new school that I had fought really hard to get into. I saw the film on the premiere and this movie reminded me so much about MI from my childhood and my current situation as a teen. I love The MI franchise with a passion and MU made me cry just like MI had. And since there was no Pixar film in 2014 I was busy with Big Hero 6 and HTTYD2, then later Inside Out came out at the right time. I didn't watch Inside Out while it was brand new I watched it 2 months later when I had felt sad and a little depressed, but watching Inside Out with it's bright animation, moving story and funny gags made me feel better after the film was over And now that I have simply wrapped up my childhood with Pixar we come to a film that have connected with me crazily since I saw a preview at this year D23. It's The Good Dinosaur. This film have really captured my soul and there are 2 reasons to why I have really connected with this film. 1. The film's main protagonist Arlo keeps reminding me about my favourite dinosaur growing up Littlefoot from TLBT both in personality and voice. This have caused me to see Arlo as a nostalgic Littlefoot through my eyes. Spot is also a reason I have connected to this film and that is because of his rare features. When you think of an animated character you can relate to through appearance there is no Disney or Pixar boy character that have turquoise blue colored eyes and straight light brown hair except for Andy from Toy Story 3. Light brown hair also mentioned as caramel is rare in animated boy characters, so therefor Spot is the second animated boy character to have this rare feature. I know it's small details but when you can see the resemblance of an animated character by appearance it's a thing you get excited for, but I look very similar to Andy from TS3. 2. The Realistic Visuals/Cartoonish Design When I first got to see these beautiful realistic visuals on the big screen at D23 I was completely blown away by what I saw Never had I ever seen something so freaking realistic in animation since Tintin 2011 and Epic. Well that's all I wanted to point out, Do you have a strong connection to Pixar's films growing up, let me know your thoughts
10. This video demonstrates where Square Enix gained some of their attraction flow ideas from. This makes me wonder, from this video, what would you like to see being used in Kingdom Hearts 3? alternatively, do you have any ideas of your own?
11. And so I suppose you can say that the official promotion of Moana has started to sail with the reveal of the voice behind Disney's new "princess": Auli’i Cravalho (her first name is pronounced au-lee-ee, I'm not entirely sure about her surname) is a newcomer who is a Native Hawaiian so she fits the character perfectly since Moana is Polynesian herself. I'm really glad that the voice is of a newcomer because it'll really define both the actress and the character instead of watching the film and getting reminded of another character from another film. So far we have the voice of Auli’i as the protagonist, and Dwayne "The Rock" who plays the demi-god Maui. Check out the Disney Wiki to find out more. Kingdom Hearts-wise, from what all that I know of the film I feel it'd be wonderful to see the world of Moana in KH3. Using the big area advantage to show the world of the film, and who knows maybe they've included it since they do get early sneak-peeks on Disney's projects. (One can only hope!)
12. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BDf7uX5-9Q0 Here's the truth. Trust me, it's more surprising and respectable than you initially may have believed.
13. http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/disney/images/9/97/Oz_Poster.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20121115193613 This is a magical live action world that is just asking itself to be in Kingdom Hearts 3. Emerald City alone would look so beautiful!
14. With all the hype building up with Kingdom Hearts III, I believe KH3 will be the biggest one in the series. One thing though that interests me is how much more Disney is involved with KH3 than the previous titles. At E3, when they announced Tangled; Roy Conli stated that there is an amazing collaboration with Disney and Square Enix, while Greg Coleman stated that they're working with the best animated story tellers and the best game developers in the world to put it out. It got me thinking, after KH3 is released, do you think Kingdom Hearts will be more involved with Disney? (not game-wise) Maybe Kingdom Hearts in Disneyland or Disneyworld or probably a Kingdom Hearts Movie!(hey, one can dream) Anyhow, what do you think? Does it seem Disney is more involved with KH3 than in previous games? Post your comments, thanks for reading!
15. While I'm a big fan of the Kingdom Hearts series, one thing that bothers me (not TOO MUCH) is how the Kingdom Hearts characters look different to the Disney Characters. I mean just look how Aqua looks compared to the characters in Castle Of Dreams. http://i.ytimg.com/vi/bEHuOCWB3rs/hqdefault.jpg With how Kingdom Hearts 3 looked like from the trailer shown in E3 and how the new Disney movies look (Tangled, Big Hero 6, Frozen, etc.). The differences may actually be fixed! Take a look at this gif of Sora in Tangled; in my opinion, Sora actually somewhat fits! http://24.media.tumblr.com/8c90ec5c186807dfa2cde9933783331c/tumblr_ms9n8qlPU81rrxym2o3_250.gif What are your thoughts on the new Kingdom Hearts look, will they look the same, will they look somewhat different, or will the graphics ACTUALLY look like the movie? Thanks for reading!
16. This might be the most bizarre and most amazing Mickey Mouse short that I've seen yet, seriously. I'm kind of new to the whole forum thread posting thing. I'm doing it right, right?
17. So now that Kingdom Hearts has officially crossed over into the Disney Infinity universe (which is actually the first time the series has crossed over into another third party video game console), with Disney Infinity 3.0 having a special Keyblade weapon to unlock after 100% everything, including all figures bought from DI1.0 - DI3.0 and maxing them to their levels, and having a Power Disc (a disc that helps upgrade your character's costume or abilities; in this case, costume) where you can change Mickey's regular form into his Kingdom Hearts outfit, we might have a chance at seeing more things in store with Disney Infinity focused on the Kingdom Hearts franchise. One interesting thing to note about, is that the previous Disney Infinity games put small, detailed teasers that would be focused on the next theme of the series. Disney Infinity 1.0 and 2.0 teased with items from the Star Wars series through the Ultimate Unlock system, having to 100% everything to be able to access them. 1.0 had the Lightsaber weapon, and 2.0 had a Star Wars ship you can be able to ride around. Today we found out that the next Ultimate Unlock item is the Keyblade from the Kingdom Hearts series. With that said, this meant Square-Enix and Disney Infinity had previous discussions on how to implement something from the Kingdom Hearts series into the game's universe. Could this mean bigger plans for the future of the Disney Infinity cross over with Kingdom Hearts? With just this teaser, we might be able to see Kingdom Hearts again in the future with Disney Infinity. What's even more to think about, is having a Disney Infinity game entirely focusing on the Kingdom Hearts franchise this time. This means we might get all of the Kingdom Hearts figures, including Sora, Riku, Kairi, Ven, Terra, Aqua, Organization members, Xehanort, etc., Play Sets based on each game of the series (Play sets are pieces you place on the Disney Infinity base to access story-like mode with cutscenes, bosses and missions to complete) for example: one play set focusing on Kingdom Hearts 1, another with Kingdom Hearts 2, one with Birth By Sleep and so forth. Power Discs that could give you different keyblades from various Kingdom Hearts games (Decisive Pumpkin, Kingdom D, etc) and other Kingdom Hearts outfits like Donald's and (possibly Goofy's) costume. And much more. It also seems that Disney Infinity loves coming out with more games when big events are going on, example: Disney Infinity 2.0 came out when Avengers was still hot, and Disney Infinity 3.0 is coming out with the new Star Wars episode on the horizon, Disney Infinity 4.0 could come out when KH3 is near it's release, and might even have a Play Set focused on Kingdom Hearts 3! What do you think? If this were to happen, what specifically would you buy, and what wouldn't you get? What would you love to see enter Disney Infinity 4.0 based from the Kingdom Hearts series?
18. WHO'S HYPED FOR THOSE MOVIES?!?! ANYONE? .....SOMEBODY?? .............ANYBODY? .....anypony? .............. ......... ........didn't think so. (I'm not.) (It's a thing: http://comicbook.com/2015/08/14/incredibles-2-toy-story-4-and-cars-3-posters-on-display-at-d23/#Image4 )
19. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_a62vu7nZ_M Hey there Ladies and Gentlemen, here's my very first YouTube video created. This took an entire week to construct and all I used was my iPhone 4S for the audio recording, Pixlr Express for some of the image editing and WeVideo to create this. This was initially something that was brewing in my mind so I decided to practically plan it out as nobody has done this, and honestly, it's turned out far more professional and informative as I have originally planned! Please watch and comment on YouTube. I'm completely open to honest criticism and I need all the guidance if I were to continue on making videos. Thank you for taking the opportunity to watch this and comment. I need an international viewing to boost publicity.
20. There's always been the argument as to whether the animated Big Hero 6 is Marvel. To most people, the animated version of Big Hero 6 may seem like Marvel because it's adapting a Marvel comic and Disney now owns Marvel, however, here are the key reason as to why Disney's version of Big Hero 6 is not a Marvel property. 1) There's no direct involvement by Marvel https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Big_Hero_6_(film) If you click on this link then you will be directed to the official Big Hero 6 Wikipedia page. Look on the right of the Baymax poster and see where you can see the words "Marvel"? That's right, there is no "Marvel" present there. That's because Marvel was never directly involved with the movie in the first place. It was solely produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios and is canon to the Disney Cinematic Universe. 2) It's not based in the Marvel Cinematic/Comic Universe This is another prominent aspect that you should be aware of. The directors of the movie (Don Hall/Chris Williams) purposely made it so that it does not connect to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This was done in order to further emphasise that it is not a "Marvel" movie, but rather, a Marvel adaptation. Just like how Disney's The Little Mermaid is based off Hans Christians Andersen's Tale. 3) Hiro and Baymax's Disney Infinity Figures were part of the Disney collection and not the Marvel collection This is the most subtle means of identifying the fact that Disney's Big Hero 6 is not a Marvel property, because, if Disney's Big Hero 6 was Marvel then it would been placed in the Marvel collection instead. It may not seem like much but it is a huge means of distinguishing. Did you know that Marvel decline creating a Marvel series for Disney's Big Hero 6 as there were disputes of the comics direction which resulted the company releasing the Baymax manga instead! Now that I have cleared the fact Disney's Big Hero 6 is solely Disney's and not Marvel, do you want the world in Kingdom Hearts 3?
21. I hope I'm not the only one who is excited for this! I own the first Disney Magical World for my 3DS and it was a blast! Now seeing this sequel just announced and coming to Japan this November, I can only hope it comes to the West! For those who don't know, Disney Magical World (Also known as Disney Magical Castle in Japan) is a cute RPG/Sim where players make a male or female and live in Castleton where all sorts of Disney characters reside. There are four "worlds" in the first game (plus a DLC extra world making five total) them being- Alice In Wonderland, Agrabah, Winnie the Pooh, and Cinderella. The DLC world being Pirates of the Caribbean. In it you can do many things which are unlocked via collecting "Happy Stickers". You can craft clothes and furinature, go fishing, and even own a Cafe! The RPG aspect is where you go to each world and do "Ghost Hunting" where you defeat Ghosts with your magic wand. It's here that many people compare it to Kingdom Hearts because the Ghosts seem to appear as very cartoony (and annoying) versions of Heartless. Heck! You can even get new world wands from Yen Sid in his Mysterious Tower! Now with this sequel there looks like there will be a ton more to do! Don't believe me? Then check out the video! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tHIMcHh3a9E Anyone else hyped for this?! I know I am! Go ahead and discuss! ~ Tsunayoshi
