  12. I recently bought the Kingdom Hearts bundle "Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMIX" for the PS4. The reason i did, was because i previously (years back) played some of Kingdom Hearts 2, and thought it was a fun game, and would now like to try the entire series. I just completed KH1, which was an awesome game, and i'm now trying to move on within the franchise. Below i listed the way I have been told to play the games/movies (im not gonna buy a nintendo ds to play 358/2 days & Re:coded): 1) Kingdom Hearts Final Mix HD 2) Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories HD 3) Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix HD 4) Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days (movie) 5) Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix HD 6) Kingdom Hearts Re:coded (movie) 7) Kingdom Hearts 3D [Dream Drop Distance] Is this the correct way to go about it? If so, i am VERY confused, and have a couple of questions: 1. Since i just finished KH1, i shoud start playing RE:CoM right? But i heard I would get some bonus cards in that game, if I were to watch the 358/2 days movie first, how do i go about this? 2. As much as i enjoyed KH1 (and the mechanics of KH2 as well), i really struggle to understand the new mechanics of RE:CoM, do you have any tips to play this totally different game? Kind regards, Carsten.
  13. I’m wondering if they’ll do what they did with BBS 0.2 and make it 60 fps for people that have a PS4 Pro. I really hope they don’t but at the same time I hope they do. At the moment I can’t afford a Pro, but if I ever was able to it would be a nice addition. Do you guys think they’ll do it?

How to experience the whole Kingdom Hearts series in its entirety and in the best possible way: -If you want to experience the whole Kingdom Hearts series in its entirety and in the best possible way, then you need to play all of the titles mentioned in the "All Kingdom Hearts titles (only including the most recent versions/remakes/remasters of each title)" sections. To get the best and most rewarding experience that doesn't spoil plot twists and revelations, then you need to play all of those titles in release order. Except play Kingdom Hearts Re:coded after Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix. If you've already played most of the games and want to go for a second round and want a new way of experiencing the series, then you would play all of those titles in chronological order. In order to get all of these titles in their best versions possible, then all you need to get are these titles: Kingdom Hearts HD I.5 + II.5 ReMIX Kingdom Hearts HD II.8 Final Chapter Prologue Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days Kingdom Hearts Re:coded Kingdom Hearts χ[chi] Kingdom Hearts Union χ[Cross] Kingdom Hearts III Explanations: -Kingdom Hearts HD I.5 + II.5 ReMIX is a collection of Kingdom Hearts titles that includes an HD remaster of Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, a movie made out of HD remastered cutscenes from Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, an HD remaster of Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories, an HD remaster of Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix, an HD remaster of Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix, and a movie made out of HD remastered cutscenes from Kingdom Hearts Re:coded. It's for the PlayStation 4. -As it was just stated, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days and Kingdom Hearts Re:coded are included in Kingdom Hearts HD I.5 + II.5 ReMIX. But, they are only cutscene movies. To experience those titles in the best possible way, you need to play the original games on the Nintendo DS, as well as watch the cutscene movies. -Kingdom Hearts HD II.8 Final Chapter Prologue is a collection of Kingdom Hearts titles that includes Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance HD, Kingdom Hearts 0.2 Birth by Sleep -A fragmentary passage-, and Kingdom Hearts χ Back Cover. It's for the PlayStation 4. -Kingdom Hearts χ[chi] was a Japanese-only browser game that is now discontinued. So, in order to experience this title, you can watch all of the story-related cutscenes translated to English in the YouTube playlist here. You can also watch a full English translated playthrough in the YouTube playlist here. -Kingdom Hearts Union χ[Cross] is essentially a rebranding of Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ. You don't have to get Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ, because by getting Kingdom Hearts Union χ[Cross], you are getting Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ, since it's a part of the title. They renamed the app to "Kingdom Hearts Union χ[Cross]" to help promote the "season two" of the game, which is titled "Kingdom Hearts Union χ[Cross]." -Kingdom Hearts III is the name of an upcoming game for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It will be the end of the Dark Seeker Saga, which all other games listed here are a part of as well. Notes: -For those who might be confused, yes, Kingdom Hearts χ[chi], Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ, Kingdom Hearts χ Back Cover, and Kingdom Hearts Union χ[Cross] are all different titles. They are not remakes or remasters of each other. Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ is a sequel to Kingdom Hearts χ[chi]. Kingdom Hearts Union χ[Cross] is a rebranding of Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ, as well as the name of the "season two" of the game. Kingdom Hearts χ Back Cover is a movie that tells some of the story of Kingdom Hearts χ[chi], but through the perspective of different characters. These things makes all of these separate Kingdom Hearts titles. -I only explained how you experience the Kingdom Hearts series in the it's fullest and the best possible way, which assumes that the person interested in doing so has a PlayStation 4, a Nintendo DS, an iOS or Android smartphone, and a way to watch YouTube videos. I did this because you simply can't experience the Kingdom Hearts series in it's fullest and the best possible way without these things. But, if you don't have a few of these things, then I made sure to provide enough information for the reader to be able to figure out what they're able to get in order to experience the Kingdom Hearts series in the best way that they're personally able to do. -For those wondering, I put Kingdom Hearts 0.2 Birth by Sleep -A fragmentary passage- after Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distancechronologically because the majority of the game is technically a flashback. The parts that aren't a flashback take place after Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. -If any of this confuses you, I'll be happy to help and explain anything further in the comments. -Kingdom Hearts III might not be the 13th Kingdom Hearts game, but it's the 13th Kingdom Hearts title. Nice job Nomura. This makes me think that one of the sole reasons for rebranding Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ to Kingdom Hearts Union χ[Cross] was to make this happen lol Non-canon spin-off Kingdom Hearts titles in release order: Kingdom Hearts V CAST Kingdom Hearts Mobile Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days Magical Puzzle Clash Kingdom Hearts Re:coded Gummiship Studio Explanations: -Kingdom Hearts V CAST is a game for V Cast (Verizon Wireless's broadband service). -Kingdom Hearts Mobile is a game for Docomo Prime Series-P-01A cell phones. It was also available for browser. -Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days Magical Puzzle Clash was a browser flash game. -Kingdom Hearts Re:coded Gummiship Studio was a browser flash game.
  15. Before I get into my question. As of last Monday, I finally got a PS4 Slim and three games, thanks to my brother. So I can wait patiently for Kingdom Hearts 3 with you guys. Final Fantasy XV is one of the games my brother has given me. And I have a question regarding the quests. Are the quests are optional? Before getting into Story related quests, can I go back to previous areas and do these quests?
  16. I've been meaning to play both games however since I'm unable to get both due to insufficient funds; I'm stuck in quiet a dilhemma. I'm going to pick up Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana (which I preordered months ago) this Friday however I've decided to get a secondary game with it on the side. I've never played a Metroid game before and I've always wanted to try one, but I also really like Final Fantasy games and have never played the 9th instalment before, if just came out recently. It's somewhat a tough call to make since as I said; they are both games I haven't played before and are willing to jump into. But I can only get one...
  17. Source (Note: this information was leaked early as the official announcement was scheduled for June 12. No confirmation if there will be further news at the upcoming E3 but there is a possibility) Confirmed characters so far (ala these screenshots): A brand new DragonBall game is in our midsts, ladies and gentleman, and it is not a sequel to the Xenoverse franchise. No instead, this is a 2.5D fighter accurately named "DragonBall FighterZ" developed by Arc Systems Works, the development team behind the successful Guilty Gear and BlazBlue franchises, scheduled for worldwide release in early 2018. Arc System Works has a bit of a history of DragonBall as they developed the SuperSonic Warriors series of games way back in the years of 2004 and 2005, and also had a hand in the game Extreme Butoden released for the 3DS in 2015. This will be one of the first DragonBall 2D fighters (as well as the first ever 2.5D game) released for current generation consoles since Dimps released "DragonBall Z: Infinite World", the last official entry to the Budokai series, in 2008. As far as information on the game is concerned: Now personally: ... well, let's be honest, you already know I'm hyped. I still haven't haven't gotten on the XV2 train yet, but other than that, I'm a fairly well-versed aficionado in DragonBall games, especially the fighting game franchises. This game in particular, however, still feels like it will feel like a dive into a brand new experience, not only because of the 2.5D and other aspects concerning graphics and gameplay listed above, but also because this harkens back to a more traditional fighter that is more commonly seen related to DragonBall in the old school Butoden series of games, as well as other notable examples such as Hyper Dimension and Super DragonBall Z. However, I am also confident that ASW will deliver on their ambitions on "ultra high speed battles" and "flashy special moves" to fit the DragonBall experience because frankly, that is the only way to go when making a DragonBall fighter. I remember way back when, I used to harp on the games made by Dimps for just being Street Fighter clones, and you know what, I don't know what the Hell I was on about because Dimps knew exactly how to take the standard fighting game format and "DragonBall" it up. From Budokai to Shin Budokai to Burst Limit, whether or not you like any of those entries at all, they hit hard, they were fast-paced, and they truly made you believe you were not just a fighter, but a fighter from the DragonBall universe capable of throwing around energy beams and disappearing in and out sight to perform crushing high-speed combos. They knew how to make a DragonBall game exciting in a way that is true to the series while also making a competent fighter, and that is what I believe ASW is capable of doing with this game and why I look forward to future news. So what about you? Are you excited for another DragonBall game? Are you glad that the series is receiving another traditional fighter? Do you think this game has potential to be name-checked in the same vein as Street Fighter V, Tekken 7, Injustice 2, Killer Instinct, etc.? Leave your comments below.
  18. Earlier today, Activision made a new blog post going over its E3 plans and what fans can expect. One of the games mentioned was Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy, and Activision left a message stating: "The Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is available for preorder now, and be sure to keep your eyes peeled for a special Crash announcement during E3!" While this could simply be an announcement that the game will come to other platforms along with the PlayStation 4, it's possible that there might be another Crash game coming in the future. What do you all think it could be? Source
