As the title says, what kind of alignment are you? You may have seen images such as this every now and then... Now tell me, after reading the descriptions of each of these alignments, which would you say describes you? For me, I might have to say I'm Chaotic Good. If you knew me like I knew me, you would understand... *Gazes off into the distance* Rock on!
Chaotic is a card and online game. Involving creatures, locations, gears, even abilities known as mugics. But things are changing for these special players as they are given a special code to enter into their scanners that leads them to the REAL chaotic! As all what they thought was a game is actually the real deal. The players can choose to scan creatures of the four main tribes; Underworlders, Overworlders, Danians and Mipedians. These tribes have been in conflict for hundreds of years, and sometimes the fans get involved into such conflict as well. One day, creatures known as the M'arrillians came out from the Doors of the Deepmines, and almost took over Perim, which would've meant the death of all of the other tribes and their creatures. The M'arrillians were eventually defeated, it's leaders forced back into the Doors of the Deepmines. In order to help fix the world of Perim, the CodeMasters made the decision to close Chaotic, to avoid any outside interference, bidding farewell to all of its players, leaving them only with precious memories of their times spent there, as they would most likely never be able to return to Chaotic or Perim again. Over 30 years have passed since that day. Many of the the once Chaotic players are now adults with families of their own, who have pushed the memories of their good days behind. Their children, the next generation of Chaotic players, have heard the bedtime stories from their parents about Chaotic, Perim, and endless adventures, but have only considered them as such, bedtime stories. However, their lives changed when one day, codes were sent, asking them to be inserted into their scanners for a special gift. The moment they did, they were transported back to the world known as Chaotic. Reopened, new and old generations will clash, new creatures will be found, new conflicts will surge, new adventures and friendships will be formed. Will the Cothica finally be found? Who knows! With Perim to explore, and Chaotic to play, anything can happen. To those newcomers, Welcome to Chaotic. To those veteran chaotic players who have returned to us, welcome back. Terminology: Perim: The world where the creatures of the game of Chaotic actually live and breathe, with their own rules and territories. Creatures: Separated by tribes, the creatures are born each in their own unique way and powers applying to their tribal origin. Though some consider humans to be a hindrance or plague upon Perim, just as many have formed great and long lasting friendships with humans, helping each other out in many ways. Cothica: The legendary place where all source of magic of Perim comes from. Everything originated from the Cothica, but no one knows where it is located. The tribes believe that he who finds the cothica shall control the destiny of Perim. Some humans had tried to find it, to no avail. Mugic: Magic of sorts that can aid in battle for a certain amount of time. Scanners: The life-line of a Chaotic Player, sort to speak. The scanner to a chaotic player is everything. With it you can scan creatures, gear and so on, teleport to locations that you have recorded within your scanner, communicate with other players, battle in chaotic, and is what connects you from the real world to the Chaotic world and virse versa. If the scanner is destroyed in the real world, the chaotic player cannot return to the real world. If the scanner is destroyed in chaotic, the player is stuck in chaotic unless there is a way to fix it. If the scanner is destroyed in Perim, the player is trapped within Perim forever. There are no recorded human beings living within Perim due to this situation, but it is because most likely they have not lived long enough to tell their tale. In addition, only the owner can use his/her scanner. Were to another player or a creature try to use it, it wouldn't do a thing. Chaotic - the interval place between the real world and Perim. Players hang out and fight in the domes here. Tribes: The creatures of Perim are divided in four tribes who reign over their respected domains, plus a mysterious and unliked tribe that tried to take over Perim, and almost succeeded: Overworlders: They reign a large half of the Overworld. They are known for their refined culture and for their great teamwork. They are ruled by a monarchy type of system, their current leader still being the great Maxxor. Their main enemy is the Underworld tribe. Underworlder: They reign the majority of the Underworld. They are known for their brute strength and abilities to control fire and earth. In the Underworld only the strongest survive, as it is survival of the fittest. Led by a monarchy, currently under the rule of Chaor, it has suffered many attempts of overthrownment and civil wars. Their main enemy is the Overworld tribe. Danians: The reign the other half of the Underworld. They are a race of ant-like creatures, and their social system works much like an ant's colony in the real world. They are ruled by a monarchy, currently under the leadership of the heavily guarded queen known as Aszil (who rules after her mother, ex-queen Illexia, stepped down), who is the most powerful Danian of all. Each Danian is born to a specific role. No more no less. Their main enemy is the Mipedians. Mipedians: They are a tribe of lizard-like creatures who live in deserts of Perim. They range from small gecko-like creatures to dragon-like warriors. Although they are a solitary tribe, they are known to help the OverWorlders from time to time. The Mipedians are also known for being passionate about controlling the Cothica and their ability to dissapear (like chameleons), which they claim to have because of the alledged effect of the Mipedian Cactus, which they consume. The Mipedians also have Warbeasts created by Mipedian Conjurors. Due to their regions their highest concerns include of how to handle all resources they can find, and how to protect them. They are ruled by a monarchy of royals, heir main leader being King Iflar (who has taken his rightful place on the throne after his father, ex-King Theb-saar). Their main enemy is the Danians. M'arrillians: M'arrilians (or the Deep Ones) are a semi-aquatic energy creatures that were locked behind the Doors of the Deep Mines long ago. The M'arrilians locked the doors from inside in a well-planned retreat because they tried to conquer Perim and were defeated. Using their mind manipulation and control powers, the M'arillians erased all memory of their existance from the minds of every being on Perim and retreated to behind the Doors of the Deepmines. They once again tried to conquer Perim and almost succeeded, but failed, making them retreat back behind the Doors of the Deep Mines. A few M'arrillians still wander outside the doors. Their main enemy is everyone who is against them and their cause. Their leader is Aa'une the Oligarch. Rules: No God Modding No controlling other people's characters or killing other people's characters without proper permission You can have as many characters as you can handle Canon creatures and characters, such as Maxxor, Chaor, Tom, etc. can be controlled by everyone and anyone without the need of a character sheet, but remember to act their character You may create your own plots and stories and twists to add for everyone to enjoy No breaking the Chaotic Logic (example would be for a human to understand the Perim language out of a whim) Yes you may be a CodeMaster Yes you may be the son/daughter of one of the canon characters if it adds plot to your character.
