After rewatching the cutscene that introduced Yozora to Sora, I kinda got hit with a epiphany, though again, this is just a theory, A GA- (yeah right) So Sora has been messing up Worlds, in his naivety of being a tool for the Organization and his constant failings over the years, done enough to mess up Parallel Universes(Worlds). Yozora is a someone from one of those Parallel Worlds, and his mission is to defeat Sora, although from having gone through the lanes between Worlds himself to find Sora, his one memories and possibly his heart has been effected as well, giving him his uncertainty about who Sora exactly is. Please let me know your thoughts! Again this is just a guess really

So.. any thoughts on Rikus broken Way to Dawn and or any replacements? That’s probably the thing that stuck out to me the most in the trailer. Also “In case the other me needs it.” Riku never technically lost his heart did he? It was still in his body, just controlled by Ansem SoD right? I could be way off. What do you guys think he means/ what do you think of Riku having a nobody? Maybe he meant it in a more symbolic way and he meant Terra since they are similar. OR perhaps some sort of connection to the foretellera if the reincarnation theory or something similar happens? Also I’m posting this here cause I know some people don’t want even this much info.

I finally beat Xehanort and Xion after several hours of failed attempts and now that i'm at the secret boss i almost don't even want to try. Can anyone who's finished the whole thing tell me how much harder he is than Xehanort and Xion? If he's significantly more difficult i don't even know man, i might give up.

So I'm fairly sure most people by now know of my opinions on KH3, even (wrongly) taking it to mean that I dislike the franchise at large which couldn't be further from the truth at all. I love KH. I dislike KH3. It's not an oxymoron. With that said, let me put down my thoughts on Remind first: As to how Remind makes me feel about KH3, it makes it feel fun. Whereas before it was depressing to sit and think about the positives and negatives, now I can do so with a much more lighter feeling than previously. I still personally feel KH3 has one the worst plots in the series, Remind doesn't really fix or exacerbate that, but it also now has my favourite moments in the series too and this level of fanservice was truly warranted after KH3's snoozefest of a finale where the only thing of note to happen was the final world and a KHUX moment. Not to detract from that, as that was a great set piece, but it was surrounded by a lot of mediocre stuff, especially in hindsight. It's amazing how far the correct characters being playable for certain fights will take you. so tl;dr my thoughts on KH3 base haven't changed but I have a vastly more positive feeling to it now. If that even makes sense.

With the Kingdom Hearts III Re Mind DLC releasing later this month for PS4 and February 24th for Xbox One, what do you feel is the safest and most fair duration for our site spoiler policy to last? Let us know!

After watching the new Remind trailer, I started thinking about the final scene with Yozora. It's pretty clear that he's meant to be like a reflection of Sora, a darker mirror image. What if after the MoM dissapeared in UX, he traveled to Yozora's worldline and became the main antagonist of that reality. This would explain them both being in the secret ending. What if he attacked Yozora's home when he was around Sora's age in KH1, sparking events that unfolded much like Sora's journey. The difference being that where Sora always prevailed against the different incarnations of Xehanort, Yozora continues to be defeated my MoM. It would also explain Yozora's skull and crossing keyblades patch on his arm. The only thing he knows about the Master of Masters is that he wields a very powerful key, so perhaps this signifies that he has become someone who has sworn to hunt down anyone who wields a key like his enemy. Then we get the new trailer. I believe he is in the Final World looking for the girl from Verum Rex who has perished like Kairi. Keyblades are most likely not a thing in Yozora's universe, so when he meets Sora, it's the first time hes seen anyone with the same weapon as his arch nemesis. He'll probably attack due to his confusion and being misunderstood, much like Lingering Will, and be the secret boss. Then we'll see him become our ally in the next game, also like the LW.

I was writing some story ideas when I got the idea to how the Master's Defender ended up on Destiny Islands. My theory is that when it ended up on Destiny Islands starts during 0.2 when Aqua enters the darkness again. That was when the Master's Defender split ways with its wielder. Master's Defender joined the Destiny Islands on the islands’ restoration in the Realm of Light at the end of Kingdom Hearts. At least that should have happened, but it seemed that the Islands weren’t completely restored. One reason for this claim has to do with the Master Defender’s whereabouts: if it stayed on the Destiny Islands when it returned to the Realm of Light, then shouldn’t the Master's Defender be there as well? It wasn’t there when Kairi walked through the small island in the KHI ending, followed by Tidus, Selphine, and Wakka running on the beach in a credit scene. It also didn’t show up in any of the moments set on the small island from Days to II to Birth by Sleep’s “Blank Points”. Now we know when it didn’t show up, so the questions we have to ask are how and why the Master's Defender was on the small islands in Kingdom Hearts III? The short answer has to do with Dream Drop Distance. The Destiny Islands in the game’s tutorial segment was, likely, a part of the Sleeping Realm. So when Sora and Riku opened the Keyhole, they restored the Islands completely so the Master's Defender made its way there. That could also explain some plot holes to why no one noticed a Keyblade on the beach. After it returned to the Realm of Light, no one bothered to hang out on the small island. Kairi left the Islands with Riku and the Final Fantasy characters who lived there were ignored because Kingdom Hearts III is that way toward Final Fantasy characters. That’s my best idea to why the Master's Defender ended up on Destiny Island. What do you fellow Kingdom Hearts fans think? Does the idea have merit? Do have your own theories about the Master's Defender’s situation? Let me and other viewers know. Til then, thanks for coming on this page and reading the contents.

Kh3 was marketed in a terrible way and after letting the game sit for a while it really became clear to me. First of all, mostly everyone has now realized that the game was totally, undoubtedly spoiled by its own trailers. I trusted square. I was one of the people who didn't believe they were showing much...but when I got the game...oh my god where can I even start. I cannot describe the disservice the last few trailers did to the keyblade graveyard segment. Can you even imagine, how much of an impact the scene where everyone "dies" would have if the trailers hadn't shown anything past that point? Its literally a scene where almost every character we know and love is dying before us and I felt NOTHING. Absolutely nothing. Why? Because Nomura wasn't responsible with what he showed and we had already seen these characters alive for other scenes which we could now realize had to come later. What a disaster. The emotional weight of the scene was absent due to us knowing that everyone is gonna be fine. Not just assuming from a narrative standpoint. Knowing for a fact they would cause of the trailers. Lingering will...why...just why.. Why would they ever show him in a trailer. Its a character that half of the fanbase doesn't even know whether he's canon or not. Nobody knew he 'd be returning. Just imagine experiencing that scene without that knowledge. Just a shame. The final world was revealed like what, 3 months before the release? Yeah OK that's smart. Making one of the most unpredictable parts of the story lose its punch by showing it in a trailer. And don't give me that "oh we didn't know what it was tho". Literally everyone called it. Everyone thought that sora was either dead or really close to dying. Roxas, Xion. I'm just gonna leave this here...cause oh my god...why. What is wrong with you square..two of the best written characters..one of which had a death scene that unlike litteraly the entirety of the other kh death scenes, felt somewhat real and permanent. Why should I know, before I even buy your stupid ass game that they are both back....what is actually wrong with yall. Why rob me of that reveal. Jesus Christ. I'm sorry this was long. I'm just sorry in general.

(KHIII Spoilers) The Keyblade Graveyard: such an unnerving world. This is a land of dead Keyblades, crazy black robed cults, and a very raged-induced suit of armor. Join our Guardians of Light as they encounter shocking to unimaginable moments they’d rather not come across again. (Parody)(Has some language)

We have seen many interview questions about the story of Kingdom Hearts III recently with sources from Dengiki and the game’s Ultimania. However, I feel that some of those questions aren’t fully satisfying, partly because of the interviews weren’t fully going into the development choices of the game (as in asking about the Lingering Will or stuff related to Union Cross) and they may have received dodgy answers (the whereabouts of Demyx for example). As someone who has followed and played the game, I’d like to present some of my own interview questions that I would like answered by the developers in a clear way (that means actually talking about the details and not just dodging it). For this list, I want to present possibly good questions about the storyline, character, and development choices which affected the game’s story. A quick warning though, there will be points where I may end up having to go on a ranting phase. Sorry about that guys. Here we go:

Edit: On a technicallity one may say Sora is journeying with Donald and Goofy in Chain of Memories, but the way the game is styled really only has Sora/Riku calling on the power of their friends memories. Even still, yes, Sora is with them In Castle Oblivion.

Yeah so I've talked about my problem with the pacing being atrocious but when it comes to the actual story of kh3 I'm generally positive. It would have actually been my favorite if:
